Overall, the experience was very satisfactory and professional. The Sales Assistant was very helpful and showed us a number of beds and mattresses that were the kind of thing we were looking for. We thought the mattress protector that was suggested was a little over priced. The lady did provide a written quotation, which was very helpful - and in contrast to Dreams, who did not. Ultimately, after visiting 4 retailers we did choose to go elsewhere, but that was not because of any issues with the service or products we saw at Bensons for Beds.

Delivery was also excellent with the driver ring me a few days in advance to give me my time slot , then again on the day of delivery.whch was delivered bang on tine . Great company .

This is an accurate account of my experience.
I have given 5 stars in this review, which is rare for me, because I am delighted in every way.
Delivery was excellent and re-cycling was excellent.
I had decided to 'set up' the bed myself which was no problem at all.
Most of all I am delighted with the product, it's so comfortable and supportive. Even after only 3 nights I ache less 😁 and I am sleeping sounder.
This is my true account and would definitely recommend this item.

The whole experience, from start to finish has been fantastic. The sales guy was great and not pushy at all. Everything I was told in store has been carried out to the letter. And the communication is like nothing I have experienced before, texts, emails and then phone calls from the delivery team really made me feel relaxed and happy.
