Customer services wash their hands of any issues avoid at all cost. I will never use them again. Terrible quality products and terrible customer service.... not in the shop but any after care is the worst

Top quality and friendly service
No pressure from salesman tried it few befs and mattresses and seem to have got a good one I sleep well which is a relief. Delivery was simple I was told when to expect it and 2 very nice men brought and assembled it for which I had paid they wore coverings over their shoes which I appreciated as carpet is only a month old they showed me how to open the ottoman my weekly workout when I change my sheets I could not fault you a bit pricey but you get what you pay for

A bargain and a smile - or two
The store Manager Lloyd was so helpful in advising and guiding us to be able to purchase exactly what suited our requirements. I would have no hesitation recommending Benson For Beds (Scunthorpe) whether you know what you want or are looking for some helpful, professional and courteous guidance. Although I was met at the door, at no time did I feel pressurised into buying something I did not want.
