Kerry was the perfect type of salesperson. Took time to understand our requirements. No hard sell. Was not at all pushy or 'following a script' . Genuine and warm . Give her a pay rise!

Great selection of beds and service
Taunton Bensons for Beds is a two storey extremely well stocked store, with a large choice of bed manufacturers. The store has great accessibility, a lift is available to access the 1st floor, with plenty of room for a wheelchair and one other person.
We were looking for a specific type of bed the young man who served us was very knowledgable and understood exactly what we were looking for and we quickly made a purchase.
The store staff were all very friendly and we are happy to recommend this store and hope your visit is as pleasant and successful as ours was.

Taylor was so polite not pushy found the exact bed frame I wanted and took his time to find the right mattress for me as I have arthritis in my spine . Excellent service so much so I’m going to buy another bed for my spare room from bensons for beds
