Hannah the branch manager was extremely helpful and attentive, she also did a great upsell on other items which I take my hat off to. Great service!!!!

I want to thank Evy and her colleague for a very positive experience at Witney. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, very thorough in explaining all the types of beds and mattresses. I was a bit apprehensive about choosing the right mattress, but she made it very easy. Looking forward to getting the bed now and having the best night sleep.

Lovely and very helpful assistant. Very knowledgable, and we easily found the perfect mattress ( hopefully!).

Ordered my Mattress from Witney store.
Young lady very helpful, and very friendly.
She was excellent.

Very pleasant & informative staff member.

The assistant was very helpful and had good knowledge about the products.

I was made very welcome in the store and got what I went in for

Evy was very friendly, considerate and knowlegable. Another young lady brought me a bottle of water as I was coughing and another lovely lady knew my name when I went to collect the bed pack and gave me some great advice on disabled parking in Witney in consideration of my 89 year old mother. I was kept informed at all times and was contacted the day before to confirm an window for delivery. The gentlemem who delivered the bed, took the old one and put together the new one, were so polite, friendly and quick. It was such a pleasure to deal with this company, which, sadly, cannot be said for very many in this day and age.

Riza at the Witney store was fantastic with us, and really helped us choose what worked best for us. We ended up actually buying mattresses for the kids as well as us! Until we were told Riza had only been working there for a couple of weeks, we had no idea. She was so competent and happy to help, it was refreshing. We have now received our order and are very happy with the results. Thank you!
