Wow!
Wow! Helpful young lady helped me to chose the right bed for our needs. Quite a complicated bed with smart tv to put together. Delivered and assembled without any fuss by two very experienced cheerful chaps. We were using one of our own mattresses which was upstairs. They even brought the mattress down for us and put it on the bed! They took all the rubbish away. Brilliant service.

Professional service
Good service. Lots of choice. Servers gave detailed information. They were polite, attentive and respectful. I am disabled; they were very considerate and recognised my needs. Although I bought a very expensive product it was totally my choice, I was shown a full range and chose what will be best for me. Only complaint; the “access” lift was very awkward and difficult, not at all user friendly if using a walking aid. Had to hold the door open whilst also pushing walker through.
