I would give zero stars if I could. They charge you a commission of over 20% but do not mention it at any time. It is hidden away in small print so small you would need the hubble telescope to see it

Organized theft. Do not exchange money at these kiosks. Not only do you pay an exchange rate fee, you pay an insane 22% or more to the company which will only be presented after the fact, then they will tell you it’s all posted on the wall (in size 10 font.) no refunds or cancelling your transaction—

They deserve no stars. Should be named "thieves of Florence". $60 commission on $200, and refused to return the money. I still have the receipts. Shame, and too bad for a lovely city. Left a really bitter taste...

they charge you for the service, means nothing, just change your money somewhere else

Seasoned travelled here. Exchange in Ibiza gave me 2k euro for 2600 usd. Wouldn't give me my money back even though I didn't sign anything. I feel violated. So pissed lost 600 usd. Grrr

Worst start to a holiday.. lady met at desk told us 1gbp : 1.16 euro she then had husband sign paper then gave him two and half thousand ish euro for our three thousand sterling we lost near a grand it worked out. We begged and pleaded for them to work with us but they refused to return it back to sterling meanwhile another worker give 300 for 300? When boss was phoned he agreed to 1:1 then that lady left and this was no longer a option another lady then said she phoned boss and he said no, the ladies were condescending and rude out of my 4 children 3 were crying over the stress their answer was we should have done it back home. Will be pursuing the loss of money. They are fraudulent and theives with extremely bad attitudes smirking at us or turning off sound so we can't hear anything and they can't hear us. They blantly ignored our pleas even phoned airport police who they insisted were on their side but police seemed more sympathetic. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT ROBBED!!!!! The worst part was them smirking and acting like this was fun for them to see a family of 6 so distressed.

Best and fast change Espana, at Palma Airport.
General Warning: Don't ever use Best and Fast Change Espana near the baggage claim area at Palma Airport. I asked to cash for EUR 800, and was told that it would be equal to the currency rate from my own bank. Only after signing a document I received the cash and a receipt note stating that they have added a commission fee of 19,9% and an extra 3,1% on top, i.e. a total fee of EUR 184 to cash EUR 800. This is both unethical and in my opinion criminal.
Shame on you Mallorca, to allow such business enterprises to 'welcome' tourists to your otherwise lovely island. - I hope local tourist agencies or the airport will stop allowing such bad faith and bad intent enterprises.

Thieves. They show you the exchange rate, you agree, then they try to hide the ridiculous commission and costs. And when you argue after the transaction they give you preprogrammed answers like they have dealt with that situation 1000 times! If they were honest they would tell you how much you would get after costs. And seem to do the paperwork in a few seconds so you don’t have time to change your mind.

This place is terrible they are gangsters they steal your usd and only give you half in euros and it’s not even worth it more like worst and slow change

Best and Fast Change in Sevilla Spain is the worst in the world in my more than 40 years of international travel experience. Best and Fast over charges their international customers. The exchange rate last week is $1 = 1.02 euro. We exchanged $400 and only got 287 euro back! Their rate is 1:1.4! Their teller had never explained that to us. They took more than $100 from us. It is absolutely OK to charge a reasonable exchange fee, but Best and Fast exchange rate is beyond unreasonable and unethical. It is truly the worst money exchange company in the world.

They are thieves - watch out
They do not disclose or talk about their commissions until the transaction is done and they will not reverse it. It is a shame on FCO and Italy that they let these guys operate and see the visitors arriving into the country.

Imagine the first experience in Italy is getting ripped off at the airport. How do they justify letting a company do that?

The intentionally do not disclose the commission upfront, they have a small paper on the window and a big screen at the back showing the exchange rate. When I asked for the exchange the woman behind the counter did not answer and only when she showed me the receipt did I see the amount.

Simply robbery - got 64 USD for 81€, that is over 25% commission for them. Total scam, find alternatives. Worst is customs send you there! Appalling!

Avoid this theft company. I needed to exchange dollars to euro. The exchange rate was ok. What was not visible to me, was the exchange fee. It was 30 %, and I did not see it, until the lady had grapped my money and I have signed a note, that did not even show the fee. Could I undo this? No
I have corresponded with the company, there is no way back. Mafioso. Find a bank or an ATM.

DONT CHANGE MONEY HERE! You will pay a 19.9% fee of the amount you want to change. Plus a extra fixed fee of 9.90€. YOU GET NO REFUNDS when you get handed the money even when you not sign the handed documents. Go to the local post office, pay with Debit- / Creditcard (you can pay in nearly every store / restaurant with international cards), or go to an ATM (watch at ATM the fees carefully, abort when the ATM fee is to high), then you will get a much serious change.
