Do not exchange money here! The lady basically hounded me to make an exchange promising the best possible rate, and then an even better rate if I exchanged more money. What she failed to mention was their 20% fee! Thats right, 20%! Before the transaction was over I told her I did not agree with the fee amd wanted to cancel. She proceeded to process the transaction anyway and refused to refund me. Literal robbery, nondisclosure of fees, failure to notify, and fraudulent!

Absolute scam, DO NOT EXCHANGE HERE! they have the worst overall exchange rates. Use your card or go to the post office for best rates.

AVOID!! FRAUD !! They display the exchange rate the wrong way round to confuse you. They do not tell you how much you are getting until is is changed then won’t refund!! GBP to EUR 1.13 seems normal but this is there SELL rate so for £500 GBP I got 440 EUR so equivalent of 0.68 which is ridiculous !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! I will be taking this further!!

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star but it wouldn’t take review without it. Worst company ever . They are thieves and no point in complaining they just shrug you off . DONT USE THEM

Wish I’d read these reviews before landing in Ibiza yesterday.
Arrived after very early start from UK.
So I had £200 uk to change into euros. She gave me €160. I told her she had divided it and not multiplied it by current exchange rate. It should have been approx €230 with maybe fees taken off. She was adamant that it ‘“this is what it is in Ibiza” and “that’s the rate”. I asked her to therefore buy them back and she said no.
Rather than risking a “crazy karen” style video being posted around the internet I just had to walk away approx £60 down if my maths serves me right.
Thought I’d email the company before I read these reviews, but can see it’s a waste of my time.

We want change 1000 Swiss Franc and she will give us 675 Euro, she absolut corruption and she lie and talk to us all the rest money go to Government. After arriving at Palma airport and 8 hrs travel time, no euros and a 9year old child on her first visit. I was informed by the lady assistant at fast and Go Change that due to Covid. The island don’t take card payments just cash. So exchange as much as possible. I was told there were no fees. Just standard bank fees.

I was shown a hand terminal of £€624.22 for £500.
The lady proceeded to hand over €500 and a receipt showing all the fees. All denied on 3 occasions as of having fees!

I asked her to refund the transaction and she laughed saying no, there is nothing I can do.

The island does accept card payments, ATMs are considerably cheaper than these theives.

I got the airport Policia who said it is a common story at the airport with tourists. But it’s between the company and the person.

It transpires there are lots of horrendous reviews on these dishonest operators who clearly educate the staff to withhold the key facts on rates. Advertising high rates and giving low exchange 20%. And they took an additional £31.00 €38.00) approx. Without my consent.

The bank say that visa can not do anything with these scammers (banks words)

So having left the money expecting a refund, the company hasn’t done so.

STAY AWAY FEOM THESE LIARS, REPORT THEM FOR DISHONESTY AND FRAUD AND COMPLAIN TO THE AIRPORT ITSELF. ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN REGULATIONS. THIS COMPANY ARE BREAKING THE LAWS!!!
