Very good service
I ordered one on the boots over the network.
They were unfortunately not in stock. One form your service department called me and told me that she had found them in a Store and I could get the boots and the way that they would pay postage.
I thought this is very nice service. I myself am in service profession in the retail business. Thank you for good service and I have recommended many people to buy form you.

what you get is what you see
This is my second buy here. Again the description of the two pairs I have bought was spot-on. Colour, size, finish - it was all what I expected based on the pictures and the description. Such accuracy makes shopping on the web a viable alternative to trying out shoes in a shop.
I have had reservation regarding fit etc. when shopping shoes online - but based on my own experience now and recommendations from others, I now consider Bianco a "safe" site for shopping shoes.

Very nice shop with great Customer Service and only some small starting problems!
Order process itself is easy and worked without problems. Payment terms offered purchase on account, but wasn´t possible in the end, only payment via credit card possible. Perhaps remove possibility for purchase on account until it´s possible in the future. Unfortunately I didn´t receive an email regarding dispatch of my order with tracking number and forwarder, so I had no idea when I´ll receive my shoes and no possibility to follow delivery by a tracking numer. This is unsatisfying in case of paying in advance. BUT: a great praise for your custumer service (in this case: Janne H. Andersen), I received direct response to my email regarding the delivery with information when my order has been sent to the forwarder and she also told me the status of my delivery at DHL and sent me the Trackingnumber. So overall I´m very happy as there finally is a Bianco Online Shop!
