The experience was very good. The book arrived quickly and was in very good condition.

I have ordered twice and both times they canceled my order because they can't get the books. Then why have it listed if you can't sell it. I will NEVER order from them again.

The book was reasonably priced and it arrived on time.

It takes too long to get an answer from the company. I've been waiting for the book almost three weeks and it's very rare that I get a response from the company.

What made my experience great was that you delivered the book I ordered. I had previously ordered the book, but the other book company canceled the order. I was delayed in having the book when my class started, so I was happy to get the book in a reasonable time frame.

Very disappointed. I placed an order to only find out that it was cancelled and I was not notified. I received an email asking if I received it or not, but nothing regarding shipping or that the order was cancelled.

Bigger Books stated "usually ships in 24 to 48 hours." On top of that, I paid $21 for "expedited shipping." They didn't ship the textbooks for four days, and did that by slow mail. Took 10 days to get the books.

I received the wrong book; got approval to return the book for a refund; still waiting on the refund even though the book was returned.

I appreciated that the book I ordered was no longer available your company promptly emailed me about the issue and reimbursed money back to my card.

ordered 12 books only to get an email 3 days later that they could not find any suppliers. You should on advertise and accept orders for books you have in stock.

1) Buyers need to know if the book they are ordering is in stock and will be shipped immediately.
2) BiigerBooks must maintain excellent communication with buyers when they are not able to fill an order on a timely basis.

My order was canceled and they did not notify me, after three days I found out through the account. I immediately placed the order again, requested one-day shipping due to the urgency I had with the book, but to my surprise when I received the email confirmation they eliminated the one-day delivery, I was not charged but what I needed was the delivery immediately, do not pay less for the order, since now you do not know when it will be sent.

I ordered the textbook on 1/12 and paid for 2 day shipping. I finally had to cancel on 1/24 when your facility had not received the book from the supplier yet.

My book arrived in excellent condition protected by a heavy-duty cardboard envelope. The book itself was wrapped in cellophane and had instructions not to break open the cellophane. I had ordered the unbound copy since my budget didn't allow me to buy the actual book and had I broken the cellophane by bending the book all of the pages would have come out of order. The book came with two pre-punched holes to allow you to put it into a binder or fasten it to keep all the pages from slipping out. Very satisfied and will be using them in the future for other classes requiring books to be used.

Tried to buy a text book. The semester started and a week after ordering, got an email stating they apologize that even though the book was listed as available, they currently have no idea when it will be delivered. I canceled my order and wen to a different vendor.
