Easy to order
Easy to order, delivered on time and looks great. Has taken a bit of getting used to cooking on the Egg but I am learning. Only downside is the courier did not wait for unpacking (as suggested in delivery note) to check for any damage and the thermometer didn’t work. However, that was rectified within 24 hours of raising the issue and customer service has been great.

Love my BGE
Love my BGE. Looks great in the garden and use it all year round. The customer service has been spot on whenever there has been an issue with anything and they are true to their word on the guarantee, replacing parts quickly if needed and without any fuss.

The Big Green Egg as a product is unbeateable
The Big Green Egg as a product is exceptional, it's a game changer for outdoor cooking. I use it at least 3-4 times a week throughout the year for meat, fish, veg, dessert, bread - pretty much everything.
The service I get from BGE, both in terms of recipes online, help when I needed maintenance and the purchases I make is 10/10 always.

The returns experience was positive
The initial service was weak, with poor knowledge and input on the product resulting in an unnecessary border which then needed to be returned. The follow-up service and information (including being called on a bank-holiday) was excellent and the return process and refund was smooth and without controversy.

Great to use, so many different ways to cook and mostly they come out great ( those that don’t is because of operator error😂)

Hubbies Christmas present
So far, my husband as cooked a shoulder of lamb on our mini green egg ( slow cooked!) the meat fell off the bone, tender and moist! Delicious!
We are new to the egg and are eager to try lots more recipes, so it leaves us praying for better weather!

First time customer, poor quality
First time customer, having ordered a big green egg XL with integrated stand. On trying to put the stand together, one of the wheels would not screw in, because the thread was broken. Extremely frustrating for a product that is meant to be of premium quality. Need better quality control.
