Absolutely fantastic customer service. The products I’ve purchased have exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only are you saving a significant amount of money, but you’re also receiving hardware that has been thoroughly tested — I genuinely couldn’t tell whether it was used or brand new.

I recently replaced my ageing Windows 10 laptop with a new Windows 11 machine from Black Barn Computers.

The team talked me through my options, transferred all my data from my old laptop, and safely disposed of the old device. They also provided a certificate confirming the hard drive had been professionally wiped.

I have already recommended them to friends and would happily use them again.

I ordered a HP Z4 workstation on Sunday evening and it was with me on Tuesday morning. It was in near-mint condition and fully up to date with OS and drivers. The price was extremely good (and even better with the Black Friday discount!), especially as the machine was only just over three years old.

Definitely deserving of the five stars I'm giving them.
