I was another customer dupe by the picture of a black and white mug. I received an unreadable black mug. Even with hot water it didn’t look like the description displayed.
This product did not meet my satisfaction and they refuse to give me a refund!
Very disappointed!

I hate I didn’t take a picture. It came out beautiful, Our Pastor and 1st Lady loved it. It arrived in time. I will consider them in the future.

Everything was easy to do, it was delivered on time, it was made with quality and color. I was happy to provide it to my Pastor and he loved it.

I was extremely pleased with the pastor and first lady poster. The words were befitting and they (Pastor and 1st Lady) absolutely loved it.

My "Pastor Survival Kit" mug that I ordered arrived and were solid black. I actually only ordered one but checked the #2 by mistake. I emailed the company and said I only wanted one mug. They sent me 2 anyway. The hot water worked but the mugs aren't white with black letters. The phone number is constantly busy, so no one on one conversation. I will never order from this company again, nor will I pay the $49.90 they charged me.

I ordered 3 cups received them in less than a week. Extremely pleased and happy with them good job, guys!

Upon receiving my order –Color changing Pastors mug and one tumbler, the tumbler was great – However, the Pastor's Mug was solid black. I couldn't read the inscription. I used hot water. That worked, however the mug was not white with black lettering, as seen in the picture, it was a cream color trimmed in black, as the mug cooled it turned solid black again. Horrible, horrible workmanship
I assumed (we all know what we get when we “assume”), that this was a Christian organization. After trying to contact them, I can only assume now that they are not. Christians usually to do, or try to do the right thing. The Right thing would be, for an organization to be able to contacted – NOT SO.
I will NOT order from this organization again, and would warn anyone else against it also.

Received Pastor's Mug. It was black. You couldn't read the inscription. Read other reviews and they said to use hot water. That worked, however as the mug cooled it turned solid black again. Pastor would not be able to read inscription when opening.

I have not been able to receive any communication with this website at all. It said I was not recognized by my name and email. I did not receive a order number to track my item. I need help. No phone number is attached and the number I called did not work. I placed my order on 6/7/23 . Help me please!

I ordered a Pastor appreciation poster. It arrived earlier than expected and was very nicely prepared.

When I order my items such as the Pastor blanket it arrived on time and it was in great shape as with the Pastor coffees cup that arrived broken, when I email them and told them about that situation they were curious, nice about the situation and quick to fix that matter as they gotten another coffee cup out to me fast without any more money having to be spent or any hard time given. I love that this company is about pleasing there customers and put there customers 1st, so they don't need to change anything about there company but to keep up the great job and I will recommend them to you guy's for there great service as well great job they does!! Amen
