Ordered the pastor mug and it has a black film on it. I wash it in hot water and was able to read it briefly. I wasted my money and will not order from you again.

I sent in a claim as I'd ordered a Pastor and Pastor's Wife mug. They put the Pastor's name on his, but left her's off! I requested a redo, but was denied, they say her name was not on the order, I KNOW I typed it in.
Will not recommend nor promote this company! BlessAmerica my foot!

I ordered the appreciation pastor for my pastor, the first letter is to close to corner,poster had no frame it shows with frame,did not say frame was not a part of sale

Since I placed an order yesterday they have sent me multiple notices
that my address is wrong. Not true.
Now. they cancelled my order. I am glad. I hope they refund my money as promised. Will NOT shop with them again.

I ordered a personalized coffee cup for my pastor’s anniversary. I read in the comments that a longer name would be smaller, which was ok with me.
When I received it, the last name was cut off a little. Of course I couldn’t give it as a gift that way! Of course I tried contacting the company to get this re-done cause of an upcoming deadline. When they finally did respond, I was told to complete a form & send photo of what happened & what was wrong which I did. It still wasn’t enough to get it re-done. They sent me a text saying what their policy was about a long name - just like I told them, just make it smaller- don’t cut off the name. No kind of resolution was offered except a discount. Like I told them I didn’t want a discount nor a refund ( which they never even offered) but I wanted the actual product that I had ordered. To make this shorter, my pastor’s anniversary has come & gone & he had no cup from me!
This was my first & only encounter with this poorly runner business!
Customer service sucks !
I still can hardly believe that this happened BUT it did !

After reading the review telling us to pour hot water in it, I did and it was readable. I will still not order from this company again because they do not give accurate detail or full disclosure upfront about the product or return policy. Not a good practice.

I ordered a coffee mug with the things a pastor needs. I ordered a black cup. They did it on a white mug with a black seal over the inscription to where you can not even read the words. It looks so bad. And the trouble it is taking to return it. Geez!!!
I ended up getting someone local to make it and she made me 2 for the same price I paid for one here. Crazy

I recieved my blanket for my pastors wife and luckily I opened the package to look at it and it is not mine.There is a name on it I dont recognize.I have my copy of the payment and a pic. of the name that was suppose to be on it.Can you imagine the embarrasment if I hadnt looked at it and she opened it at the dinner with someone else name on it.NO PHONE # TO CALL !!!!!!! My experience was not GREAT, I was told that they would get back to me to make my order just what I ordered. But they have not. I think this company is a SCAM. They want even give you a number so that you can talk to someone. I am going to PRAY that God will help each of you to be honest, and give the right item the way that they ordered it. I was extremely pleased with my purchase of pastor appreciation poster. the congregation thought it was very beautiful and the wording fit our pastor perfectly. I highly recommend for people to get this for their pastors, because our pastors walk so close with God and they do God's will and they need to be told how much that they are appreciated. It wasn't high priced like a lot of places that try to replicate this poster.

I ordered some of the mugs and when we received them they were hardly readable, Found out if you put a hot beverage in the cup it will turn what ever color you ordered and go back to original color when it cools.
Suggestion: Advertise to pour a hot beverage in the cup when you receive your order. Great Gift: Gail Sawyer, Desoto, Kansas.

I placed an order of two coffee mugs. One mug was of the things a Pastor needs and another for the Pastor’s wife. This order was placed on January 3,2023 and I have not received it yet! Unlike many other companies I’ve ordered from, this place doesn’t have a contact number and it’s very difficult to impossible to reach them. I won’t be ordering from blessmerica ever again. I suggest that everyone think twice before order or better yet don’t order from them at all!

I received my Pastor Poster with the WRONG NAME and I cannot get ahold of anyone to get it fixed, such a hassle. I just want it replaced

I purchased 2 of the same poster's on the same day 5 minutes apart and tried to modify my order and the response i received was it couldn't be modify because once the order was made its processed as soon as its ordered that is bad for business i will not order from your business again

I recommend this site if you want to do something special for your Pastor or his wife i did and they both were very happy

We received what we ordered which was one of the Posters for our Pastor. Everything is correct and it fits the frame perfectly. I know she will truly appreciate it. We will present it to her on January the 8th for our 13th year Church anniversary.

The delivery was quick. The product of decent quality. I chose to mount it with a magnetic hanger I found on Amazon and my friend LOVED the gift.

Bought a tee shirt wore it one time. I washed it inside out just to be extra careful. All of the lettering fell off. No customer service contact numbers available.
