Polly Gould really helped us booking…
Polly Gould really helped us booking our honeymoon. We initially wanted to go to Barbados which is what Polly deals with the most but we changed our minds and wanted to go to Crete instead. It was no trouble for Polly at all, she booked it all for us and undercut the prices everywhere else! Really recommend Polly and will be using Polly in the future when booking our holidays.

We booked with Blue Bay this year and…it was superb
We booked with Blue Bay this year and whenever I phoned with an issue - even applying for a visa - they were extremely helpful. We did however have a couple of issues. I asked about premium economy and was told it wasn't available with the chosen airline - it was! Possibly not on the short first leg but definitely on the long haul. I did mention it and was told that I could complain. The other issue was that we weren't told that the long haul flight from Frankfurt to Zanzibar wasn't direct - it stopped to refuel and allow passengers off in Mombasa! These were not major issues and I would definitely use this company again but would ask more questions.

We have just rebooked for summer 2027 with Kay, who was SO helpful. Very speedy with her responses and she gave us plenty of choice of holidays tailored from our list of requirements.
