Just amazing people!
I found a beautiful female living in my garden, I couldn't coax her inside she was scared of my granddaughter. Notice her belly getting bigger and contacted Bromsgrove blue Cross who made her a priority. So as soon as they had space they contacted me and took her in. I know she will be well looked after, you can tell the staff really love the animals they care for.
Thanks again for all.tour help saving the soon to be momma

We adopted a hamster from Blue Cross and would absolutely recommend adopting a pet if you have the opportunity.
From the first email we sent to enquire, the lovely people at Blue Cross were amazing. They talked us through everything, checked that we were suitable and we now have the most gorgeous little hamster who is settling in so well.
They are kind, do a wonderful job and the adoption pack we received was so helpful.

I adopted a cat from Blue Cross at Burford a week ago. I had been pipped to the post over another cat the week before but this time everything went very smoothly. I had a long phone conversation about Remy and felt I was given all information that was available. We agreed that I would visit her two days later, and if all went well, would take her home with me. It was mutual love at first sight but I didn't feel rushed into a decision. Again, I was given plenty of information and all the paperwork was completed swiftly. She was sent home with a couple of familiar blankets and a toy mouse. A week on she has settled really well and I am delighted with her. I felt the centre was clean and well run. All staff were friendly and helpful and clearly care for the animals. I think the adoption fee was very reasonable given the amount of vetinary care given plus food and running costs. Thank you Blue Cross

I adopted 2 kittens from Blue Cross, the whole adoption process was completed within 7 days. The staff are friendly and informative. My partner and I were being invited to spend an hour to play with the kittens that we intended to adopt, ensure we had enough time to get to know the kittens before confirming our decision. During the play time, the staff explained everything to us patiently, I didn't feel rush or stressed to make a quick decision. I got confirmation to collect the kittens 2 days after the pet visit. All Paper work, including transfer ownership, updating chips were completed on the same day. It was a really pleasant experience with Blue Cross.

I've had an amazing experience with the girls at this BlueCross, their support has been second to none. Kind, compassionate and really took the time to understand everything about my situation. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They really were amazing to deal with, just fantastic people. We were looking to rehome our dog and they have been amazing throughout the entire process, we decided not to rehome in the end and they have been nothing but nice, caring and compassionate. Fabulous communication, stressfree experience and priceless support.

We dropped Blue Cross an email expressing our interest in Rubble. Within 24 hours they had been in touch, Rubble was reserved and arrangements made to meet him. Our first meet was at 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon, after a 70 mile drive the staff we very accomodating, the centre very clean, tidy and peaceful.
We met Rubble and enjoyed a walk and some time indoors with him.
We made the decision to rehome Rubble and made the arrangements with the staff for a second meet and collection of him. The whole process was explained to us in detail and plenty of tips on how to help him settle in.
We also know that Blue Cross are there to help us with any concerns or advice we may have moving forward and provide plenty of details of how to contact them.
It has been an absolute pleasure to rehome Rubble and he brings so much joy to everyone he comes into contact with.

It has only been 5 days since we were introduced to Lulu as we call her, and we are smitten. The young lady who did the introduction was so kind and knowledgable about Lulu. She must have sensed we really liked her and asked did we want to take her home. A very exiting moment. As Lulu is reluctant to be touched I handed over the pet carrier we had bought, but Lulu was in the tubby side and they gave me a bigger carrier plus her blanket etc.The centre looks very well kept and the staff are lovely. As a result of my experience I have decided to set up a regular donation to help you continue with your incredible mission.

The whole process of Rehoming our pet was absolutely fantastic. The staff were brilliant and knowledgeable and very helpful, our main contact was Hannah and I would like to say a massive thank you for everything you did. I would highly recommend your service and handing over our pet was very sympathetic and the lady was lovely. Thank you all very much.

I found Jasmine on their site and filled in on line form, heard from them the next day and arranged to go and see her a few days later, we took her home same day. Everything was explained about her and all paperwork done with no problems. She is now a happy, full of beans cat after getting used to her new home. Loves charging up and down stairs and playing through the rails. Thank You Topcliffe, Thirsk Blue cross

Wow they are amazing; yes Blue Cross Southampton are the genuine article. They were so helpful and understanding as I lost my beloved Bethie to cancer in November and realised there was a large hole in my life and on Saturday we drove to Southampton and picked up Aisha, a bundle of love and the girls walked me thru the adoption process they were so kind and understanding. So Aisha now has a lovely home thanks to the Southampton Blue Cross. She does love her tummy to be rubbed and boy does she love to give lots of kisses.

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. We were permitted to visit several times to build a bond with a very nervous saluki and we all benefited from this patient approach. We appreciate the work that the staff undertook when he first arrived at Bromsgrove to get him to the dog that we have brought home.

Blue Cross provide an exemplary rehoming service. Naomi at Blue Cross in Hitchin had several chats with me about our family so that she could match the right cat with us. He is a five-year-old male cat and she was able to give me a huge amount of information about him: his background, his personality, health, likes/dislikes etc. I picked our new boy up last Saturday and he is already extremely settled with us. The rehoming experience at the Hitchin Centre was fantastic. This is a beautiful location with excellent facilities and the rehoming interview was extremely professional. Thank you so much Blue Cross.

The staff have been very patient and understood the needs of both my mum and the personality of the cat(s) she was looking for. They were thorough in their questions and each staff member was professional, patient and showed great kindness.
Mum now has two gorgeous adult cats as companions and she's seems more like her old self again.

My wife and I recently adopted a lovely doggie from Blue Cross. From start to finish the process was sensitively managed by the staff at the centre in Exeter. We were kept up to date at all times with timely emails and phone calls.
Thanks to everybody at Blue Cross. Highly recommended to anybody wanting to adopt.

Adopting my new hamster from Blue Cross was a lovely experience. Their team helped me find the best suited little fluffy person for me, were very supportive but thorough with everything needed before her arrival and collecting her was very smooth.
Great organisation.

We collected our kitten from Blue cross after completing online form and our chosen kitten and putting our reserve tick hoping we would get him. After just a few days we were informed basil would be ready to collect in a weeks' time.
Once we knew all shopping for the next week was for Basil and my wife had chosen a new name Popcorn, very appropriate when we saw him.
Once we arrived at Blue Cross in Rolleston, the young carer, Daisy was absolutely AMAZING, she gave us all the information and documentation. Now
Popcorn is at the heart of everything we do and thoroughly spoilt and always will. THANK YOU ALL AT BLUECROSS. The entire process was easy and very enjoyable.

We have rehomed two kittens from the Suffolk Rehoming centre, collecting them on 19th January 2025. The team were all extremely professional, caring and friendly, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Our two kittens were obviously well cared for and happy. The advice and help Blue Cross gave us has helped the cats to settle very quickly into our home. All the documents and leaflets provided have excellent information, and the descriptions we were given of our cats allowed us to make a choice even before meeting them. We were helped by Rebecca and Darren from the Rehoming team, and by Jackie an extremely efficient Receptionist. All the team there were very obviously animal lovers and very caring. An lovely experience and we are extremely happy with our choice.
