Ordered to 10 peice surprise bundle.
It truly is amazing, i think I would have scrolled past many of the peices on the website, thinking that they weren't for me, but seeing them up close I know I will wear each and every one of them.
The design, craftsmanship and value make this one of my best buys.

Very easy to deal with and their products - have bought 2 x a chain, necklace, earrings and ring - exceed my expectations, based upon them being costume jewellery. Excellent value, my oldest item is more than 3 years old and looks perfect.

What a fantastic company. There products are amazing and i should know i have got so much of it and i also buy for gifts.

I was previously disappointed after not hearing back from the company when I first reached out for sizing advice, especially as the earrings themselves are lovely and I just needed support choosing the right size. Since then, they have contacted me, explained the situation, and resolved everything smoothly. They gave helpful guidance on the correct size and handled the issue well, which has restored more confidence in their service.

Highly disappointed consider I’ve made over 100 orders over the years

I have placed over 100 orders with Bohomoon, I received a bangle as a 'free gift' with one of my 2024 orders. I have only worn it twice and the stones have already fallen out.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to help because they failed to keep a record of the free gifts sent with my orders. They actually had the nerve to tell me they found over 75 orders in my previous address and make me waste my time digging through 75+ past orders to find it for them, only to then claim they couldn't see it on their end. It is not my fault their system is a shambles. To treat a loyal, high-spending customer this poorly over a manufacturing defect on a promotional item is a joke. Save your money and shop with a brand that actually values its customers.

I have so many different pieces from Bohomoon:Ear cuff, earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets and anklets.

All mine are gold. What made me keep coming back and re purchasing is because of the tarnish free and lifetime guarantee.

Never had any issues and shower and sleep in some of my times and no problems or issues.

Will always continue to purchase. Can never have enough jewellery for all occasions

I have ordered a few pieces from here now, absolutely love all of them! Have worn the bracelets everyday, only taking off to tan since I purchased them & no tarnishing atall which I was very weary of! Very affordable, quick delivery & come in cute little packages..

Ordered two rings, they are REALLY awful quality. PLEASE don't waste your money on this store if you are looking for goldtone jewellery. I have no idea why they have such a good rating on trustpilot.
Basically the colour of the rings is a mixture of grey and a gaudy orange/gold. Kind of like a faded brass... You can sort of see the steel colour through the gold plating, giving such a weird colour.
Just awful. Maybe the silver jewellery is fine but don't buy the gold (as a real gold or gold plated substitute) the colour is not even close to the real thing and you'll end up throwing in the bin (like I did).

Update: Extraordinarily fast response from Bohomoon reputation management/customer service team or whatever they call it in this particular Company. I received an email requesting further info from me within 3 days and if I didn't respond, "the Company may not be able to recognize my review as genuine". I've neved had such an email before and never had a Company police a Trustpilot review so fiercely and instantly. The email comes across as somewhat passive-aggressive and is clearly a potential obstacle to publishing my completely honest review from my perspective. Clearly they are really on the case (which may possibly explain their very good reviews). I was really disappointed with my purchase but this approach to my review has REALLY cemented my view that this is not a company that I would ever deal with again. The veneer of being helpful with the public facing response below in contrast to the email I received in my inbox just hints at a Company that possibly values optics and over actual genuine customer care.

I have placed several orders with Bohomoon and all items have been exactly as pictured. Every piece I have received has been absolutely beautiful, and I often get comments on my jewellery. I have recommended this company to many friends. I had to buy a larger jewellery box just to fit everything I have bought. At such affordable prices it's great being able to regularly change your jewellery to match any outfit. I have also purchased many items as gifts for family and friends who have all loved them.

I’m so glad I discovered BOHOMOON. I like their easy to navigate app. I like how you can put the pieces you like into a favourite folder. Excellent customer service, great value, packaged well and sent very quickly. I’m so happy with my pieces I’ve bought about seven pieces so far every single one of them I’m utterly happy with. I highly recommend this company 10 out of 10.

This jewellery is great. I have sensitive skin and have usually only been able to wear real gold earrings, otherwise my ears are irritated. Im so pleased to have found this company and now have a great collection of earrings and rings. Ordering is easy. The items are great value. It's unfortunate that it can take a while for orders to be delivered but that is because I am anxious to receive my new jewellery. Perhaps I am used to next day delivery by other companies and it can take 4-5 days in this case. It won't stop me buying this lovely jewellery in the future.

I’m obsessed with what I have purchased so far from bohomoon, I was looking for a place that does large size rings as someone that struggles to find rings that fit comfortably, bohomoon was the first place that came up I ordered three rings and then went back after they’d arrived to buy more. Highly recommend and will be buying much more in the future!
