NOT next-day delivery. I thought i was getting free delivery, but SOMEHOW I ended up paying for tracked NEXT DAY delivery; it was not.
Emailed the company [Under UK consumer law, I am entitled to a postage refund as you did NOT deliver your promise of next-day delivery if ordered by 4 pm on Sunday.

Did not dispatch for an entire week
First time ordering here, but won't be doing so again.
Placed an order and it was supposed to be delivered within a few business days. Took them 7 whole days to even dispatch, with an email the day before saying about how they've got a backlog of orders and that's why it's delayed.
I've never had a problem like this with any other online retailer. So it speaks wonders to the reliability of Bondara if they're not keeping on top of their deliveries.
