Payment for your order was issued on 11/19/2018. A confirmation e-mail was also sent letting you know that your payment was on it's way. Since you chose a check as your payment method, it can take an estimated 3-7 business days to receive by mail after your order has been processed. We do also offer PayPal as a payment option which will shorten the time it takes to receive your payment by those 3-7 business days. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I do apologize for the frustrating experience. I can understand how this can be very confusing when you receive conflicting information from two different companies. When your order is received, our processing team inspects your book(s) to grade it's condition as well as verify the ISBN of each item.

Unfortunately the items we received from you were not originally listed on your order. Since we received different books, the payment we issued was based on the items we actually received. I understand that the other company you are working with also stated to receive these items, however it is not possible for us to know that you had these books unless we received them since they were not on your order. Our books pass through a multi-check process and were verified to be the ISBN's we mentioned in our previous e-mail to you.

The check payment for the books we received was also mailed out on 10.30.2018 and should arrive within 3-7 business days but may take up to 14 business days for some locations. If you have not received your check in that time, please be sure to reach out to our Customer Service team directly so that we can ensure you receive that payment.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I do understand your frustration not receiving the original quoted amounts for your buyback order.

In order to guarantee the quoted price for the ISBN(s) listed on your order, it is very important that your order is shipped out within our allotted 5-business day shipping window. This ensures the package arrives and is processed prior to your buyback quote expiring.

Our records show that your buyback order was placed on 8/25/2018, which provided a shipping window through 8/30/2018. According to the tracking details for the label we provided, your package was not shipped out until 9/22/2018. Since this package was shipped over 3 weeks late, your buyback quotes had expired prior to receiving and processing the order. Per our buyback policy, the amounts paid for your books were the current buyback prices at the time your order was received because your buyback quote had expired. This payment was issued to your PayPal account on 10.4.2018. If your PayPal account has changed and you have not received this payment, or if you have any further questions, please contact our Customer Service team directly so we can further assist you.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I certainly understand your frustration not receiving the kind of payment you were expecting.

When you placed the buyback order, you were given a quote based on the ISBN that was entered. This is not a guarantee you will receive this amount as all books are inspected upon arrival. Our records indicate the ISBN you entered was for the Student Edition of "Medical Surgical Nursing: An Integrated Approach, by White, 3rd Edition"; which is what your $25.75 quote reflected. Unfortunately, the item we received was an Instructor Edition with a different ISBN. We no longer purchase Instructor Editions, therefore the book was rejected. Your Bookbyte account was updated to show this status on 8.31.2018. Please reach out to our Customer Service department directly if you have any further questions.
