Two exceptional individuals

Despite needing to catch a ferry, Melissa who was standing in for the regular audiologist dealt with my issue with great expertise and excuse the pun, a sympathetic ear. I was flying to Budapest the following morning. Melissa identified my problem and enlisted Ellie from the pharmacy dept. who recommended an over the counter remedy to make my flight more bearable. Two exceptional individuals with great commitment to their chosen career and wonderful care and consideration.

Shocking Service.

Shocking Service.
I paid over £3,000 for my Boots Hearing Aids.
Just after the warranty ran out one of the units didn't work. Boots suggested spending £2,000 on another pair ! The alternative was a not guaranteed £147 repair, which I elected for. That was a month ago, so I have been without both aids for a month.
I received a stupid Email telling me that my Aids were in Llandudno. What am I supposed to do, I live in Sheffield !!!
I rang them and a curt gentleman told me to ring the Wales office.
What a joke, and complete inconsideration for my lack of hearing for now a months and counting.

Wish I could give it 0

Wish I could give it 0. Turned up early, checked in and waited 20 minutes before having to ask someone what was going on. They disappeared for 10 minutes and came back with the news that no-one could find or get in contact with the audiologist. Ridiculous waste of time, petrol and parking money. Got a text 1hr and 15min after my appointment time to say sorry but they have had to cancel my appointment. Dreadful experience.

So professional and helpful. Patiently explained with warmth and charm. Delighted with both members of staff who managed my appointment, test and fitting.
Everything was carefully explained, all my options and choices for to help improve my hearing loss.

I've been using the hearing aid and the service for a few years. The equipment does well for me. And, Roshni Thanki has been a great help. She is patient, extremely friendly and professionally excellent. I am enjoying the experience indeed.

Lee at Boots Hearing Centre at…

Lee at Boots Hearing Centre at Handforth Dean was superb. I had hearing aids from another company and they were not fitted correctly for my needs. He said he couldn’t get into the site to adjust as he put the hearing aids back in my ears he could still hearing them whistling. Lee in no way shape or form was not trying to sell
me anything he said I can take them back but when I got mine I wasn’t told anything about the 4yrs warranty which everyone gets. I would recommend going to see Lee as an audiologist.

Brilliant service

I would like to say that I visited the store today as I needed to see the pharmacist for a rash on my leg.
The service I received was fantastic due to a lovely young gentleman called Prince.
His professionalism was incredible along with his attention to detail.
A huge asset to Boots.

I had a problem with the hearing aid charger so my aids were not working and I had great difficulty dealing with folk. This was at the weekend. I emailed my audiologist at Windsor. She found a spot and I was there next day. She confirmed the difficulty arranged to send the charger for repair and loaned me another so I could continue as normal until it comes back.
Signed sealed and dusted in 15 mins absolutely amazing.
Excellent is just what this lady is. and gives, to her clients she acts with true dedication professionalism and kindness
You are so lucky Boots to have such a representative.

One of the best things I've done

A very polite, friendly and knowledgeable young lady who helped me find the hearing aids for me. I can now hear sounds that I could never hear with my old hearing aids and feel that I am going to be able to get my confidence back when interacting with other people.

Hearing improvent at boots

We kept an appointment with boots hearing care and after a long and successful hearing test my wife and I left with the best hearing aid we could afford and my wife now has much improved hearing which is getting better every day

Hearing aid issues

Purchased hearing aids from Boots in Bury St Edmunds 2 weeks ago.
Not happy with them.
Made a call at 1.45pm today and was given an appointment for 3.30pm today. Arrived early for appointment.
Greeted by Giovanni and gave him my list of issues. He dealt with every question/ issue with a clear understanding and explanation and gave me answers to all.
I left Boots a very happy man and better still I left before my actual appointment time.
1st class !!
I know I could have paid less for my hearing aids on the Internet, would I have got my issues fixed in less than an hour,I don't think so.
Service and peace of mind costs money but its worth it.

I booked a hearing tests at Boots after…

I booked a hearing tests at Boots after being told by 3 doctors i just had a blocked Eustachain tube after my flight. I was seen by Sian Wilkins who was lovely and told me the results of the hearing test and she said i needed an urgent referral to ENT and it was only then that the doctors took me seriously. I am now undergoing treatment for sudden sensorineural hearing loss and unfortunately they dont know if it will be successful or not. Sian has rang me today to see how i had got on which i thought was lovely of her and much appreciated. Definately worth booking in if you are concerned and thank you again!

Fantastic, helpful and friendly.

Really cannot speak highly enough of Krishan! From the first appointment, he put me at ease and answered all my many questions patiently.He gave honest advice and didn't just try to sell me the mpst expensive aids or accessories, but did recommend the ones he thought would bw most helpful to me. I picked up my new hearing aids today and cannot believe how much better they are than my old ones. Krishan made the whole experience easy and seamless, absolutely amazing service. Thank you!
