Love Boston Proper! Great quality and selections. I am a fan!

The company still charges for shipping and returns. Fabrics aren’t always as fine as the price reflects.

One thing I would ask you to consider would be to offer dresses in two lengths. I love many of your dresses but, they are just a little too short (too far above the knee) for me.

First order after catalog sent, then online discount. Liked many items but not low necklines so will be very selective. Ordered two pair wide leg printed pants. Will judge if I will continue to shop there.

I love their cute tops with chain detail especially as the sleeve strap and on the collar. They look great when I go out and get many compliments. The clothes are high quality and last a long time. Please keep making the halter tops with chain detail and in new colors like; neon pink, papaya, aqua, and white. Also, please make a tube top with shelf bra. They're the best.

I love to shop with Boston Proper, however I purchased a white dress wore it once and washed it and the armpit area split. I was not able to return it.

I like Boston Proper but I don’t like how you can’t return most of their sale items. More and more companies are doing this and I think it’s wrong

I love the quality of all their products, however, PLEASE make size petite! I have to shorten slacks about 8” and long sleeves about 3”!

I have been shopping at Boston Proper for years. I love the styles and wearable outfits.

I called to cancel order 2 minutes after the order was completed not realizing that the credit card that automated was incorrect. After calling Boston Proper right away they said they cannot cancel the order with the understanding that I would reorder with a different credit card, and they declined that request. Bad customer service.
