Installation date was moved and we were not informed of this. Some of the wardrobe sections were missing in the installation. We had to help the installer carry all of the pieces into the house as only one guy doing installation.

I had to follow up several times to have the installation completed early this year and this was completed 2 months after initial installation.

Not great customer service.

I would like to totally recomend Boston. We had a very good experience with Brett who installed ours very professionally. I am delighted with the result.Thank you.

Got a few things wrong and had to reschedule and return a few times. However Boston put things right in the end and delivered an excellent outcome.

Ran out of he wall clips for the wire Ward robes/ linen but you were very helpful getting me more.

Excellent service, communication amd installation

Boston Wardrobes were very easy to work with. Although we delayed ordering the wardrobes after they had prepared the quote they were very accomodating. As soon as we were ready to order they processed this and gave us a date for installing.
Installation was done efficiently and courteously.
The wardrobes are fantastic.

A wardrobe was uninstalled to allow new carpet to be laid. Office staff were very professional and provided prompt service. The serviceman was polite and accommodating to store wardrobe downstairs.

Once flooring was completed a few weeks later, a different serviceman arrived to reinstall the wardrobe. He advised he would be later than quoted which was not a problem. We appreciated his phone call and his professional service to complete the work.

Once the Covid hassles died down things started to progress and the mirror door was completed and sent a couple of days sooner than you anticipated.
Very pleased.

Overall we had a great experience with Boston. Sales person was helpful and clear on what we should do. However just one small thing was that the installer was a bit older and if I wasn’t there, would have struggled to bring the boards into the house. But his workmanship was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed with the lack of any customer service provided to us bu Boston. During the initial consult, we were told the wardrobe I selected was adjustable, but then werent advised that the product was changed between the consult and installation. Noone contacted me to arrange a date for installation, it was only because I asked, several times, that we got given a tentative date. I then had to ask again of the date still stood as noone had confirmed it. Noone contacted us to let us know a time someone would be at the property for installation. The product was delivered and installed, but zero communication unless instigated by me. For the price you charge I would expect at least minimum communication of times and dates etc.

GREAT service and great guys that installed. I have also left a 5 star review on google.
