Bothy Blue offers some good products like their comfortable velvet dining chairs and lovely Christmas decorations, and they have a quick delivery service. However, their product quality can be inconsistent, as seen with a flimsy solar lantern that was overpriced. Additionally, their customer service needs improvement, especially regarding difficult return processes. It seems they act as a middleman and provide limited contact options. Despite these issues, the refund process was smooth, and some items, such as their silver lampshade, were quite satisfactory. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement in several areas.

Purchased two velvet dining chairs that are comfortable, well constructed and delivered very quickly. Very pleased with this purchase.

I recently purchased a Lumi Solar Lantern Oval Hang up/Stand up × 1 for £39+£4.95 pp
The product is a cheap paper lateen with a stand that keeps toppling over in the slightest breeze.
For £39 I had expected it to be more substantial not a flimsy paper lantern.
I have subsequently purchased a similar lantern in METAL for £20 from elsewhere.....much better. You have been warned

The process to track your order is terrible. They emailed me saying it had been shipped and gave a tracking number, yet failed to tell me which courier they use so the tracking number couldnt be used for anything. They use Yodel if anyone comes to this page with the same issue.

Customer service was awful, the worst I have experienced. They only replied after I sent messages on all of their social media platforms and email - there was no number to call. They were rude and blunt on their email back to me and didn’t apologise either.

Will not be buying from there again.

Really like the velvet cushion I've ordered. It will go great in my newly decorated room. The styles and designs on here are contemporary and of a high quality.

I bought two teal velvet cushions from Bothy Blue after my friend recommended the site to me. They arrived quickly, in nice packaging, and are great quality for the price! I’m sure I will shop there again!

Am delighted with my two new teal velvet cushions and the matching ottoman! The quality is great, they look beautiful, and the customer service and delivery couldn't be faulted. Unfortunately the last teal ottoman in stock when I ordered was found to be damaged in the warehouse, and the customer service team were straight onto me to offer me an immediate refund or ask if I was happy to wait until it was restocked, which I was and so grateful they let me know instead of sending damaged goods out! It only took a couple of weeks to get back in stock, and I got an informative call from the delivery driver to let me know when it was due to come. The cushions arrived a couple of days after the original order, so I could enjoy them whilst waiting for the ottoman, and no additional delivery fees were charged for having two separate deliveries sent. Would definitely order from Bothy Blue again (and have already been eyeing up the beautiful range of products on offer!) They have a really lovely boutique online offering.

Lovely boutique great cushions. love their stuff and quick delivery. Customer service team were helpful as well. Bought loads a great set of chairs and cushions to go with.

Terrible customer service! They obviously are a middle man company. Check out companies house. They don’t like returns and make it difficult! Mobile number on despatch note — not valid. LPD delivered item and don’t give you Bothy blue contact number. I wish I had read reviews first!!!!!!
