A painful experience
Ordered and paid for 4 chairs weeks ago which they never sent (website says 5-7 days delivery). They refuse to give a tracking number and are not responding to emails. No phone number available for the company anywhere. Have asked for a refund but getting no reply.
We contacted the courier company they claimed were handling the delivery and they have no delivery for us.
BB have been utterly unapologetic and not interested in communicating with us.
Update: after finally getting the company's attention we made some progress. We received half the order (chair seats with no legs) and then a few days later finally received the legs of the chairs in a separate delivery. Part of the issue is the courier company BB use is Yodel who are useless but also BB were very unresponsive to customer services communication. We now have our chairs weeks later than promised but it was a really painful experience getting them.
Bothy Blue failure to deliver and respond
I ordered four chairs from them paying for delivery. I got an email saying they would be sent within 5 to 7 days, then another email saying they would be with me soon. I emailed them to say I expected a definite delivery day got no reply. The Chairs have still not turned up after three weeks and Bothy Blue now say I signed for them and have received them. I have a video door bell which allows me to see and speak to visitors. I advised Bothy Blue of this and said we can prove that the chairs were not received and signed for. I have now advised them I want a refund and they are no longer answering my emails. Unacceptable.
