Ordering and delvery are both good.
Jumper is good for what I paid in the sale, however I would have returned it if I paid ful price, because of the quality of the garment.

When i stumbled across Box 2 it was a god send, large sized clothing in good quality sizes with excellent fits. I know things move on but I feel its not the company it used to be the sizes are different the materials are not as they once seemed to be. The things I first got at box 2 are still going strong many years later. Where the new stuff does not stand up.

Hi Linda, I appreciate your comments and thank you for taking the time to give us a review. A lot has changed over the last few years, we lost many suppliers after Covid and it takes time to find new companies who will make in our size range. For next year we have some exciting new labels from Denmark and a new linen supplier designed in Spain. I try to source as many collections as possible in Europe, but sadly we find competition from China is getting bigger and stronger, however we will continue to do our best. We have such a loyal following that has kept us going, long may it last... Regards Nicky

Top arrived quickly and it is great but bigger than my last purchase - it's linen so I am hoping it shrinks a bit if I wash it at 60 degrees. Arrived quickly.

Hi Julia, your order was placed on the 30th June after we closed so we didn't receive the order until the 1st when it was processed, it was sent on the 2nd and arrived on the Saturday 4th (which I was surprised to see!), Royal Mail are usually pretty good on 48hr service, if you ever need anything express we do suggest Next Day delivery. We do try our best!

The dress I ordered was gorgeous but unfortunately it was to big and next size down in that dress would be too small hopefully going to try a different dress as they do it in a 18 delivery was quick but try to get a QR code was a bit tricky
