Really wish I read the reviews prior to purchase. Bracket received in good time however it did not fit despite the website guaranteeing it would fit my Sony 32inch TV. Rang customer services but no answer and no facility to leave message. Therefore emailed them asking for a postage label to return the goods. They refused blaming me despite their own guarantee, had email conversation over many days (they appear to only check emails once a day). Asked them to call me to discuss, again they refused. Very poor all round. Just sent the bracket back at my own expense and await. A refund!

Does anyone know thier address, I'm trying to return the bracket

Ordered 2 different brackets at different prices for 2 different sized TVs and received 2 the same - no way of telling if they can support a large tv as nothing on the box. Have filled in online forms 4 times and still no response only automated. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I assume I’ll just have to count my losses and buy from Amazon instead. Awful customer service-I know times are difficult but someone needs to respond to messages

I felt that l needed to write a review after reading all of the bad reviews that l read after l had ordered a bracket.

I became a little worried after not receiving any instruction about when the bracket would arrive, however l did receive a standard reply telling me that the bracket would arrive a little later than normal due to the effect of Corvid 19, difficult times for business as we all know. The bracket did then arrive after 6 days as l had been informed.

The bracket is exactly what l ordered and better in quality than l had expected. Well packaged, easy to fit with all the nuts and bolt you would need to meet any eventuality.

Wrong item delivered.
The tv bracket arrived in the time stated but the item was not the size I ordered even shown on the box the size I ordered. I have called umpteen times and sent emails just getting automated replies. Have been trying to contact them since 11th October. I would not reccomend this company they dont seem interested about any customer that has an issue

I ordered two brackets with supposedly next day delivery. No tracking number was provided after several days, so I tried to contact them. The phone just gives out a voicemail message telling you to fill in a form on the website. I've done that twice now with no reply each time. I don't think I'm going to get my brackets, so I'm going to cancel my PayPal payment. Don't bother with this company - it feels like a scam.

Apalling, I ordered 5 brackets received one. Complained and now cannot get a reply. Phone number is just recorded message.

Sent us the wrong size bracket, ignoring emails asking them to send out the correct one, ignored us then blocked us. They tried to tell us just to user the one they’d sent, despite its maximum load being 40kg and our TV is 70kg! Terrible service, will be reporting to trading standards.

Useless. They sent me the wrong bracket. I am still trying to contact them. Theres no point in them putting a phone number on the website, as they never answer it Ive a-mailed three times, and the only reply I get is a generic one, offering me the link I never asked for. A joke. Swerve.

Ordered yesterday afternoon, order arrived first thing today, truly amazing service. Item was as described and fitted the tv. First class

I have to be honest, when a company does what they can do with no hassle or they better themselves in the process, all you can say is a great service, customer care, and making sure that you are happy with their Goods will always generate a positive . With that in mind, I would recommend this company to anyone, and remember that this service I got under all restrictions of Covid19. Top notch, and a big thanks.

Having a problem sending a tv bracket back I have tried the email which they gave over the phone by voice mail
I keep getting email not found .
So frustrating. There’s no body at the end of the phone to speak to .’

ordered on 12/7/2020 now 22/7/2020so mutch for next day delivery no way to get to speak to any one

Wrote previous review about them not refunding postage when product had missing parts. By law they should refund this. Them/Lee are totally ignoring my emails. Their customer service/advice is appalling. Avoid like a barge pole.

Brilliant company & service. I have ordered two brackets now & both have arrived really quickly.

Item not yet delivered but after paying there has been a request for further payment for delivery packaged in a very pleasant email despite the product being originally free delivery. This extra 10 pound on an item that did not cost much more after having already paying seems like a bait and switch

Customer Service is appalling. Asked questions and replies were not as though they’d never read questions. Bracket screws missing - they said they’d send them. Never arrived. Returned as faulty. They tried to say product was not faulty and I’d returned it as it didn’t tilt enough and refused to refund the 4.10 return postage. Not my reason for return! Avoid this company with a barge pole.

First off the website was easy to use and has a huge selection of TV brackets at amazing low prices After ordering the wrong TV bracket I panicked but with their outstandingly good Customer service the problem was resolved and I received my bracket the next day, I also received a part refund that came through a lot faster than expected, The quality of the product was also to an amazing standard, I would definitely recommend.

Easy to order on line. Delivered within 3 days. Couldn’t quite work out fitting, emailed and sent photo. We got a Prompt reply and Help. Nothing wrong with bracket or how to fit. it was us who are not DIY people. Soon sorted and set up. Excellent customer service
