We had a call saying the courier couldn't find the address, the first ever. In our postcode there are only 10 houses!
We have sent emails to the published sales email and no response. I today tried their telephone number and the message says that they do not answer the phones and you have to send emails to their sales department

They promise a no quibble money back guarantee but after you arrange to send it back and you have proof of delivery they no longer respond to your emails or refund your money.
Unless you are 100% sure the bracket fits then avoid this company

I wish I could do zero star
I wish I could do zero star. One of the worst customer service I have experienced. I have a Sony TV which needs special wall bracket as the back of it is not flat. I typed in the TV model and there is one bracket that is especially for that TV, I was very happy so ordered straight away. It wasn’t cheap, about £30 with delivery charge. But when came to installing it, the bracket shape and the holes on the back of the TV don’t match at all. So I contacted customer service, a guy called Lee responded that I actually need a different bracket for this TV which is priced at £60 and a £15 Sony screws set. So I said right if I order those ones instead, can they give me free return for the £30 one as it’s not my fault they provided incorrect information on their website. Lee replied ‘no’ because the measurements are all on the page I should have checked before I buy. Seriously?! What’s point of putting TV models on the page if they are totally wrong?? Then I realised this is probably how they con people, in this case making me spend £100 on a TV bracket. Needless to say I’m never buying on their website again and will warn all my friends to stay away from them.

Great service! Having bought a bracket from them 9 years ago, which was a good price, arrived promptly and perfect for the job, I contacted them last week about hanging a different tv on it and they could not have been more helpful. They responded immediately, advised me on everything I needed to know and generously sent me additional screws for the new tv.

I have bought several TV brackets from bracketsrus. They always provide great help and the product variety and quality is perfect. I even changed my TV and needed new screws to mount it as it was a different fit and I had discarded all the VESA screws no longer required . These were posted as first class and received the next day. Can't fault them in anyway. Great company.

The product arrived the next day like advertised but it was not the one I ordered. I tried emailing them but have not heard back from them. Should've believed the others reviewers about the lack of customer service and to make matters worse I saw the same bracket I was sent advertised elsewhere for less than half what I paid!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordering from this company was a big mistake, their customer service is by far the worst I have ever come across. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered from this company.
Point 1 and 2 are small annoyances and would not warrant such a low rating but, point 3 is why it doesn’t even deserve the 1 star.
1) Having used their website bracket finder, I ordered the bracket that the website said would fit my TV, it didn’t.
2) I filled in the form online for customer service to try and get an alternative bracket sent or get a refund and had no response. I tried calling and after 3 days of calls, someone finally answered and told me I was wrong, the bracket did fit. I explained that it didn’t and that because of the delay in getting through to them, I had had to go and buy one from another company. They said they would email me a returns form, told me to book and pay for a courier rather than Royal Mail and attach a copy of my courier receipt and they would reimburse it upon receiving the returned bracket. They did not do this.
3) 4 days after the item being signed for and returned, I had heard nothing. I emailed for confirmation and was told that my refund would be processed in a number of days but did not include the reimbursement of the courier fee. I checked my account to see that money was pending to be taken. I called the company and after several attempts I finally got through but instantly regretted it. The man was unbelievably rude, wouldn’t let me finish explaining the issue. He made several unpleasant personal comments, told me to ‘shut up because I enjoyed the sound of my voice and I needed to use logic and common sense, and listen to him’. I got my dad to phone back because I was so upset by how I was spoken to. The same man was just as rude. So I sent a follow up email explaining that the money was pending to be taken rather than reimbursed and asking them to look into an rectify this. They have since taken the money from my account and I have had to pass this on to my bank for them to progress with retail crime team.
All this comes from their own website tool giving the wrong product suggestion and it has now cost me a considerable amount of time and money. Wish I had gone somewhere else and paid a couple of pound more in the first place.
Mistakes can happen on website tools, especially with new technology releases constantly, but the customer service is appalling. I have never been spoken to by anyone the way they spoke to me on the phone. Good customer service is the core of any good business and Brackets R Us are severely lacking in this.

Universal brackets that there advertising as model specific - had to go to wickes to get the correct bolts to secure to the TV - unit turned up 4 days late after promised next day delivery - can't get hold of any customer support people or emails not answered - finally got hold of a customer service rep who was rude and arrogant made the delivery issue my fault? Take my advice go somewhere else!!!
Customers Beware
I have used this company in the past with much success. However my last order for 4 55" brackets was placed on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday and for installation on Friday. I was assured that the brackets had be sent for Thursday delivery. Thursday came and went and even the Yodel App stated that they had been received at 00.00 at their local depot. At 17.00 on the Thursday the App stated that the brackets had not been dispatched for delivery. I received notification that it would be delivered on the Friday and I tried to get some indication of the time from the App. By 10.00 the App said that I wall delivery number 11 of 51 and the location map showed the van about 1/2 a mile away. Things were looking promising. When the van was at delivery 10 I went outside to view the road where the van would have to go. The plain white van with a small sign on the dashboard saying Yodel Courier passed me by without stopping. As the road loops round and returns back to where I was I waited for it only to have it drive by and disappear. A phone call to Yodel resulted in a most unhelpful agent who said there was nothing they could do but would phone the Depot. Nothing more was heard. BracketsRUs have no phone contact facility and emails to Lee (their agent) resulted in total silence. It is now the following Wednesday and still no brackets. I had to search local retailers for alternative and spent 3 hours phoning and travelling around to locate 4 brackets. Meanwhile I was paying 2 technicians to drink tea and play on the phones.
I will not be using BracksRUs again, primarily because they have no contact point and refused to support the problem I had. And they also use Yodel Couriers who are clearly and reportedly the most unreliable Courier company in the country.
And the Brackets - Yodel said they could not find the address - it is the largest purpose built Conference Centre in Surrey - and I am now having to collect the brackets from their depot in Farnborough 14 miles away.
Conclusion - avoid any company that uses Yodel as their Courier company. And think twice about using a company like BracketRUs, that doesn't have telephone contact.
