Bracket arrived very promptly and as described - good quality and sturdy product. Fit my Samsung 40" tele fine, with good flexibility on positioning with the various holes. Customer service even contacted me to ensure item was delivered fine after a mix-up my end with delivery address. Would use again.

Good sturdy product, fast delivery, easy to get hold of by phone when I had a query and quickly got back to me.

Bought a bracket for my Sony TV. The product was advertised as being specifically for my TV. When I got the bracket, it didn't fit. Customer services tells me that I need an additional fixing kit at 50% of the cost of the bracket! They are just selling 'universal' brackets described as model-specific. They wouldn't accept that they had missold. I sent it back to them and still haven't had my refund. I had to pay to return too, which I will be pursuing.

I have just fitted a ultimate slim flat bracket to my new LG Oled 55inch Tv. The box came with everything you need including spacers and a useful built in spirit level. The unit is very well made and was straight forward to fit. A second person to help when when fitting the Tv is advisable. Extremely pleased with the finished job.

Ordered product from them as I needed it quickly and was promised next day delivery, at 5.30 pm on delivery day I was told it would not arrive as promised but it would now arrive the following day, next day comes and goes no delivery.
Thankfully found product cheaper at Screwfix as I had a handyman booked in to fit TV.
Have asked for a refund but awaiting answer.
Don’t use this company there are many more reliable companies out there

BRACKETSRUS: I purchased a wall bracket for my Sony TV & when I received this it would not fit as the TV does not have a flat back. I get in touch with BRACKETSRUS staing this as it was advertised as a SONY TV wall bracket. The reply I got was

I can confirm the bracket you have purchased will fit your screen. The Sony TV you have requires a fixing kit to be used

Nice email but I was sent a wall bracket without any fixing screws and told I would need to purchase them. Make up your own mind on this but I find selling a product and stating it fits the TV when then you receive the bracket and then your scratching your head thinking it won't fit then told it will if you buy extra ??. IT IS NOT STATED IN THE AD ONLINE WHEN PURCHASING

I have to echo the previous review, exactly the same experience. The web site stated clearly that the bracket would fit my TV. Arrives and it doesnt. Contact the firm and they advise that I need an additional fitting kit and wouldnt accept that their advert was misleading and refused to pay return postage. Have now returned at my own expense and am waiting for a refund....strangely am unable to get through on phone to them and have received no acknowledgement, i have to fear the worst. My advice, just dont risk dealing with these guys

I wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering. Despite the web listing 'guaranteeing' the bracket would fit my TV - it didn't. When I tried to return it, I was told the company don't pay for returns even though I tried to reason that this was not my error. They even admitted that I had ordered the right bracket but would need to spend £14.99 to adapt the original one and were adamant they wouldn't pay the return. So I ended up out of pocket paying to send the original back. Be really sure your order is going to work before you order - and don't believe the guarantees on the website. I wouldn't use this company again. Misleading website and appalling customer service

I ordered a bracket for a 42" JVC tv. The bracket arrived within a few days.
I assembled the frame and soon realised it did not fit my TV without protruding from either the top or bottom.
I emailed the company to request a refund, I also stated that under the distance selling regulations they had supplied me with something that did not fit. They suggested I return it but they refused to pay the return costs. I used Parcel Force at the cost of £12.12 due to the size of the parcel to return the bracket..
the company signed to receive the parcel 7 days ago and to date I still have not had a refund.
I would encourage anyone using this company to double check the bracket will actually fit their tv, don't rely on the make of tv and screen size, that is what I did and have now lost out financially. Next time I require a bracket I shall steer clear of Brackets r Us.

Bad communication from seller and not able to contact on landline. Next day delivery? waited 5 days and then cancelled order for a refund. Not very professional, not recommended.

Ordered a TV wall mount which arrived promptly the next day. The bracket was delivered without one of the two arms for the back of the TV. Contacted them via the procedure on their website and got an automated reply saying they would get back to me when they could, but at busy times there may be delays. After posting a fairly negative review on Trustpilot, they contacted me a couple of days later by phone and the issue was amicably remedied by them posting the missing part, which arrived promptly the next day.

I ordered my monitor wall bracket after a telephone check that it was compatable (as my screen is curved) . it was dispatched the next day and received the following day. It fitted perfectly, was easy to install and had all the screws and plugs to do the job included. The quality of the bracket is extremely good , and at a really good price.
I cannot recommend this company and its goods highly enough --- they do exactly as it says on the tin,, (or website)

Wow! if you want a company that exceeds every expectation, this is it. In these days that all too often you are disappointed at the level of service actually delivered in comparison to what is promised, these guys exceed everything promised.
Easy to navigate around their website, massive range of goods, easy to understand the detail of what you need to purchase.
Free overnight delivery, arrived before 09.00 the next morning!
Opened the box to find simple instructions, well packed and to top it all, no loose screws etc lying in a single bag, but each type of fitting shrink wrapped in seperate sections of one bag so you could check everything was there before opening a bag, fantastic.
I will always go first to this company, customer service at its best. Well done.

Bracket came quickly and worked perfectly with my TV, really happy.

I bought 2 tv brackets - one fits and one doesn't. I opened the box just after the 30 day refund terms due to being away and they won't refund me for the bracket that doesn't fit. No customer care at all. I wont be using them again and I am actually in the position with my work to be a regular user. Shame on them! Their loss!
