Litchfield Parasol not fit for purpose.
I contacted Bramblecrest with video evidence to show the unit was creaking and very noisy in the lightest of breezes. Only to be condescendingly, thanked for my video and the Litchfield is OK in winds of up to 39 to 49Km/Hr. And as there appears to be no structural damage, just keep an eye on it and spray silicon lubricant onto the mechanism as that often helps. and to contact the local seller.... So Bramblecrest, are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. I explained in my email i had already done everything they recommended with no success and was looking for help from Bramblecrest as the unit was so noisy it was pointless putting it up. I consider it a complete waste of money and if I could give it back and get a refund I would. Comparing the Litchfiled to a much cheaper option; the cheaper option is silent in a strong breeze. My advice is, don't buy from Bramble crest there products are no better than cheaper rivals. We have bramblecrest rattan furniture that is showing poor weather resistance with toggle loops disintegrating.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BRAMBLECREST.

In response to the Bramblecrest reply:- One of your colleagues did get in touch, and was very unhelpful, another of your colleagues got in touch and pointed me to the retailer, who I accept replaced the unit with a display unit and this is broken. I am now in limbo waiting for Bramblecrest to contact the retailer in the hope I get a replacement. If i do not and if the replacement fails I will request a full refund as it clearly is not fit for purpose!. So, at this moment in time, my advice still stands, don't buy Bramblecrest, the quality is just not there!

Purchased a garden parasol assembly by Bramble crest employees. After 4 weeks it has blown over in a simple summer breeze, one of the granite blocks has broken and some other damage caused. It’s Sunday so I don’t know how good Bramblecrest support will be.
If you do buy from them, if you need to benefit from their guarantee, you need to Register your purchase within 28 days. That’s a sneaky way to do business

Good quality garden furniture, good online experience when buying a tailored cover to go on it, and then really helpful customer support when I needed to obtain a part long after I bought the set

After ordering this product was led to believe it would take 2-3 days delivery this didn’t happen, it took an email to chase the order and after another 7 days order was received

Everything was “spot on” from purchase to delivery and have even purchased two more “Tree-free wheelie bin storage”!

Of the two already purchased, so far, the two self-constructed appear appear to strong, sturdy and look superb!

A very satisfied customer…garden furniture next on the list!

This is the second time I have used Bramblecrest directly. They have on both occasions provided an excellent and fast service of good quality products.

Cast aluminium patio set.
After two years the coating on the table and chair arms was showing signs of "bubbling" and flaking off. In the third year this began to look increasingly serious. For such an expensive set of furniture, this is unacceptable.
Bramblecrests' response was to send a tin of touch-up paint, and advised that we should consult a paint specialist.
They also offered to supply a table at reduced cost. We accepted this. As this table has withstood the same conditions as the first one for an extended period, we can only conclude that a manufacturing fault was to blame for the problems we experienced. A point not addressed by Bramblecrest.

Speedy delivery. Robust product

Ordered furniture and waited for over 5 weeks and still no furniture arrived so had to cancel the order.

We cannot recommend Bramblecrest highly enough. We bought the Panama large patio set in 2020 and it’s still like new. We recently had a problem with the table but all was sorted out brilliantly and efficiently by Elah, in customer services, who is an absolute credit to the company, even though we were outside of the guarantee period. All was dealt with amicably and with understanding. The delivery guys were also brilliant.

This company obviously doesn’t want sales because they ignore requests for information. I’ve asked for measurements for weeks. NO RESPONSE! SHAME ON YOU!. Will buy furniture elsewhere.

Not impressed Bramblecrest. Had an umbrella and cover for many years 7 plus understanably had to replace the cover. The new cover lasted 14 months before it ripped through at the top and shredded down the sides, it is tissue paper. Really poor quality. Bramblecrest have supplied a replacement but it seems even poorer quality than the last. These umbrellas are not cheap, and for a lot are an investment please come up with a better longer lasting cover to protect the canopy and the structural parts of the umbrella. Even the drawstring cord is not finished off properly a fraying already. When I spoke to customer services they can't explain the poor life span of the cover.
