I have bought your Rattan three seater sofa covers for many years. They have always had an elasticated toggle at each corner. My latest purchase only had toggles on two corners. I actually called Customer Services to check if my purchase was faulty? Apparently this is the new design! Why? As a customer, I feel short changed. 👎🏻

Ordered a replacement parasol cover for an old parasol. Great customer service and fab product that arrived quickly.

I already have 2 Bramblecrest parasols and bases. The original protective parasol covers needed replacing.
I think Bramblecrest products are fantastic quality and products arrived on time

The posts are fractionally too small for our granite parasol stands and they are being shaved with the slighest movement.. Can you suggest how we resolve this?

I had emailed Bramblecrest to enquire about new covers for my three seater sofa set with height adjustable table and for my cantilever parasol. As I had not received a reply after a couple of weeks I telephoned and Kim who I dealt with was really helpful. She apologised for the delay in responding to my original message explaining how busy they were and she quickly and efficiently sorted my out! She was a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent clear guidance and constructive help over the phone made it a simple and satisfying experience. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Useful guidance given on selecting a replacement canopy for a discontinued model. The price was about half of what I expected.

Sadly really happy that we found this product however we had to phone for an update re our delivery after not receiving any information or status on our order.
The lady informed us they were in stock however I had to phone again re delivery.Customer service disappointing..

Great customer service, problem quickly resolved

Fantastic product but they decided when to deliver it without any input from me as to whether that date was ok !!
Then they were impossible to contact !!
Delivery was late in the appointed day - and again no contact !! Apparently someone was supposed to phone me when they were 30 minutes away - didn't happen but I finally managed to contact customer care who said it was arriving but late !!
So great product but communication and delivery were not so fab

I needed a large 3.5m parasol which is quite hard to find in most places. I found this one, and although quite expensive is well made and looks good. Easy to put together and easy to put up and down. Definitely recommend if you want a great parasol. Also bought the stand.

Our parasol kept blowing over even though we have quite a heavy base. Last year we purchased a Bramble crest patio dining set that included a parasol. My husband noted how the diameter of the pole and the spokes under the parasol were much sturdier than our free standing parasol. So we looked on your website and found the same style as in our dining set but much bigger. We can now relax under it without constantly thinking it’s about to take off when a little breeze occurs.

Site easy to navigate and find the item I wanted. Advance order which was sent out on advanced date which was advised at time of purchase. Well packaged.
