Stay away!

Stay away!
Ordered a nice Leather chair in good faith.
Given a delivery window of 5 days.
Have been waiting weeks now.
26 emails response the same. It will be dispatched in 24 to 48 hours. Now they just don't respond. Says in the order item delayed. Getting zero response and the chair was not cheap either. This company take your money and do not have stock of items they then attempt to source them it seems.
I have requested a refund and to cancel this order. Guess what. No response. Seriously stay away

DID NOT RECEIVE ANY OF THE ITEMS I ORDERD!
Was fobbed off with bog standard reply that my goods would be dispatched in 48 hours. 3 weeks later still not dispatched. I am disgusted and will NEVER EVER buy from you again. Had to put in a claim to try to get my money back.

Used to be very good - but gone down hill.

I have bought many items from BrandAlley over the past couple of years, and aside from the long delays for delivery, I used to have a fairly good opinion of their service. But in recent months I have had no end of issues... wrong items being delivered, orders not processing correctly despite money being taken via Paypal... and discounts not being applied at check-out despite the webiste clearly advertising a 20% additional discount for certain brands. Then to round it all off... you have to chase them for a resolution and they are very poor in offering any goodwill gestures... despite wasting their customer's time! I would order with caution in future... as they are clearly struggling to provide good service at the moment... which may be an indication of other problems internally.

Absolute shambles of an organisation

Absolute shambles of an organisation. They sent me incorrect items, then replaced them with more incorrect items. I returned these with an additional item from the same order - they refunded the additional item - minus the postage and have never refunded me for the incorrect items. I have emailed them several times and they just don’t respond. Dreadful.

Ordered item which Brand Alley sent to…

Ordered item which Brand Alley sent to wrong (unknown to me) address. Poor response from BA who asked firstly if I could pick it up (no I’m over 100 miles away), and secondly seem to have no interest in refunding me, or resending to me. I see this as fraud! They have taken my money and have not delivered my product. Have used in the past and all ok. Won’t use again unless this is sorted.

If I could give a 0 star rating would give that this company is a scam they take your money and don’t post your item and give still awaiting my order over a month and when you contact they ignore you

Velvet sofa

Bought a velvet sofa. Worst sofa I have ever bought cost over £1000.00 too scared to sit on it they are coming to repair after couple of months. Please think before buying. I'm probably going to have cut my losses with this one and buy a new one.

I find Brandalley really good

I find Brandalley really good. i have bought several times from them and the clothes are genuine and often 30-50% cheaper than on the original clothes website. They will always pay you back if the return is their fault such as wrong item etc. so not a bother. I had the misfortune of being sent the wrong dress recently as i needed it to wear for saturday. i rang customer service up and said i would keep the dress but asked for a return on my express delivery - they did this without any quibble. i now needed a jacket to go with the dress (as it was a different colour) so paid for the express delivery and i didn't arrive next day so i had full delivery cost back. When i spoke to customer service they were really helpful and indeed i had the jacket the following morning and a follow up e-mail saying that this had been done so they were obviously checking up on the delivery.

I have no axe to grind with them. The quality and cost of the clothes are worth waiting for and would highly recommend.

Took over a month to recieve my…

Took over a month to recieve my t-shirt, I finally recieved a top nothing like I had ordered. Check the returns process to find I have to pay for the postage. The tops 15quid. I'm not messing around another month and paying for their mistake. Simply won't be using them again!

It’s true it can take a while for…

It’s true it can take a while for things to arrive, most of the time this is stated pretty clearly on each item saying when it’s expected. I’ve ordered from them regularly and only once had an item delayed beyond the expectation. They’ve been fine with my returns and the quality of products I’ve got have been great. I just wish delivery wasn’t so expensive.

OK if you don’t mind waiting at least a month to receive items

Bought from here a number of times overs the years. I’ve never had to return an item as I wouldn’t buy anything you might need to try on as a i believe customer service is non existent. the delivery times are ridiculous. It’s always taken over a month to receive my items, which I have accepted although I was annoyed that Christmas presents I ordered way in advance arrived late.
I’ve just ordered something on 23rd May and will not be arriving until the 19th June approximately. No mention of this when ordering that I could see so it is really frustrating, especially when you pay a hefty delivery charge, seems below par to me.
I also check the price of the item elsewhere before I buy because sometimes the discount is no better than buying from another website.

Bad Customer service policy

They can't tell you if they've received your return or not and you must wait 14 days for a refund from the date it was posted. Royal Mail saying saying something completely different but apparently it's their policy

I ordered something and paid for it to be delivered next day . What a joke ! It was despatched on day it was meant to be delivered ! Dreadful customer service ! Now it’s meant to arrive tomorrow but I can’t track it beyond Royal Mail have been informed they are receiving it : really poor !

Wrong item

I ordered a pair of Chloe sunglasses from Brandalley and was disappointed when I opened the parcel to find a different pair of sunglasses. I phoned customer services who were unapologetic and told me to send back the old pair for a refund however, I would have to arrange my own returns which would not be refunded! I questioned the original order i had placed and stressed I still wanted it. I was told to keep the glasses I had whilst they sourced the original pair and an exchange would be completed. I was advised I would be contacted within 24 hours. After 3 days I phoned back to be told they still hadn’t had a response from the buying team but would chase this up. Again I would be contacted in 24 hours. After a further 3 days I phoned and went through the whole rigmarole with another customer service agent. This whole process happened numerous times over a period of 3 weeks and the last time I called they told me the glasses I wanted were completely sold out and nothing they could do. I suggested a good will gesture to which they said I could send the wrong pair back for free! This should of been the case anyway as it was Brandalleys fault in the first place!!
