DA EVITARE…

Mia moglie mi ha regalato un SBT-3 smartwatch della Breil, a 10 mesi dall'acquisto ha iniziato a riavviarsi senza alcun motivo. Ho contattato l'assistenza che mi ha chiesto i documeni di acquisto, dicendomi che mi avrebbero risposto per farmi sapere. E stato come interrogare un cadavere.. nessuna risposta. L'acquisto e stato fatto in aeroporto , nel loro store ufficiale. EVITATE GENTE EVITATE I TANTO DEPRECATI CINESI MI AVREBBERO GIA SOSTITUITO IL PRODOTTO... ops anche questo é fatto in cina

Attenzione tempi di spedizione biblici

Ho acquistato un bracciale con incisione e ho scoperto, solo andando a leggere le FAQ, che per la spedizione sono richiesti tempi biblici. Ora se per scrivere 7 lettere ci vogliono due settimane, cosa che tra l'altro trovo assurda, perchè non posso annullare l'ordine visto che ancora non l'avete inciso? Sennò me lo avreste spedito, giusto?
Mettici pure poi con non rispondono alle richieste fatte nel form sul sito.
Poi si meravigliano se uno va su certe piattaforme di vendita...
