We have been waiting for our delivery for over 3 weeks. I have been trying to call the Pisa store continuously but no one picks up. 11 times and still no response. Our muratore is waiting to complete the bathroom and we are returning to Italy in a few weeks. Outstandingly bad after sales service.
I had to return an item as I bought too many. Cinzia D. assisted me. She was very friendly and professional. Thank you so much for great service!

On 16/9/22 we came to your store to exchange FRESARICE TUDOR 1020 W 55 mm MO1701 which we bought last march,it had a part missing and stopped working.The store exchanged it,it was a sealed box when we arrived in malta and opened it,we found it broken,this is twice a big disgrace.Are we suppose to came back to Sicily to change.We will never buy from this store again.
