Heap of rubbish

Ball came doesn't inflate properly then goes down. Doesn't light up only in the flash from your phone. Totally misleading. Won't refund my money. Will cost me 15 pound to send back. Apparently this is in their returns policy made clear to me. Funny I can't find anything about returns on their web site. To add insult to injury i can get 15% off to keep a ball that needs to be put in the bin. Now ignoring my emails. Noticed on different adds the same people are giving great reviews and encouraging people to buy. All bad comments are getting removed. This company needs banned. Update. Been offered 25% off to keep the ball. The ball that doesn't stay blown up. Also can send back will cost me up to 15 pound. Oh and they not responsible if it doesn't get there. Total scammers.

If there was 0 stars I definitely would rate them that, I have literally just ordered a football for my son for Xmas and wish I had came here first, my order went through, they added £4.99 for gift wrap even though I removed the option. Then 2 minutes after my order I had an email saying they have updated my order and added a rugby ball onto my order and charged my card again. . I have emailed to cancel order and also contacted my credit card company in case they fail to respond and cancel order and refund, AVOID

In response to your comment, I did add the item to the cart after my first order to see why gift wrap had been added, and I undone the toggle and it automatically went back on and I certainly didn’t check out another item, also the item wasn’t dispatched as I emailed 20 minutes after the order was placed and before the shipping email was sent, and furthermore, why would I wait for the item to return (when I didn’t order it) when you are offering others on here a percentage of refund and not a full one, or full one only if we pay return postage which is more than the refund. You’re an absolutely disgusting merchant, a scam and need closing down by trading standards

Poor quality. Misshaped. 30 day money back guarantee is not legit!

Items have arrived and are of really bad quality. Balls don't inflate properly, due to uneven stitching. Reported via customer service and asked to return as per 100% 30 day guarantee. They won't provide a return address, instead of 20% refund, then 25% to which I refused both and continued to ask for a return address and 100% refund. I am now not receiving a response at all. Please read reviews on trust pilot and Facebook mentions. Not sure how this company has not been shut down yet. I am £75 pound out of pocket and it seems no one can help me. Even paypal have rejected my claim. It seems we are no longer entitled to consumer rights.

What a load of CRAP

I have never ever paid so much for something so CRAP! £37.00 for the football to come deflated without any nice packaging through my letterbox. This has to be a scam.

I did email customer services and they were quick to respond, they advised a 15% discount, which was still unreasonable and now they’ve offered me an exclusive one time offer of 25%…. Sorry but that is CRAP the most I would pay is £10 for this and that is what I want to pay. So I am going to go to the post office and send this back, I would rather loose out than have this ball sitting around.

It is naked to the eye, only shows up on a camera. People with good reviews must either work for them or know them cos there is nothing good about it. You send crap like that over to the UK and you’re going to know about it because no-one in the right mind over here would be happy about that.

STAY AWAY!

Stay away from this brand. They delete ANY negative reviews or comments on their social media posts. They are clearly aware that people are unhappy and want to keep the truth from as many people as possible.

We purchased two balls, one football and one rugby ball. The football was OK. The rugby ball was clearly defective as it was a horrible shape and not symmetric when inflated.

After weeks of chasing following no response to our emails, Bright agreed the ball was defective but could still be used and would therefore not refund our money. They offered a ridiculously low discount because of the defect (less than 20% from memory) or we could return it for a refund at our cost - which was more than the discount offered.

Terrible company. Terrible quality. Terrible business practices. Once you part with your money, it’s theirs - no matter how bad the product is.

The marketing is super misleading

The marketing is super misleading! The ball is not bright to the naked eye at all, only when watching through a phone. They claim 100% refund but you need to pay the return tracked internationally which is then around £20 depending where you live. They also want proof of purchase despite having order numbers… it’s just an absolute farce!

This is a scam

This is a scam. Do not pay attention to 5 stars. The ball does not shine at all, only when you take photos. It is misleading and a scam. Furthermore they do not answer on customer support, only robots. Do NOT buy this ball.

Furthermore, they guaranteed that the delivery would reach before Christmas time, this was a lie as well.

We tried to contact the customer support probably 10 times, but they just use AI automated answer on everything, and do not bother at all in helping customers. They need to add serious customer support and answer questions, not automated answers that just gets you even more frustrated.

Don't pay for express shipping, horrible customer service.

Paid for express shipping which only states 1-3 days delivery yet 10 business days since ordering I haven't received the Soccer ball (Australia). Tracking through Yanwen isn't transparent, doesn't give destination or ETA. Bright Australia giving various long-winded excuses and not agreeing to refund for the express fee paid. Horrible customer service.

Save your money buy a basketball from Walmart!

Save your money and go get a basketball from an actual location. Don’t waste your money on someone that’s going to take their sweet time delivering it to you even after you purchase more than one basketball from them.
My order was made on September 5 of 2024. My basketball was shipped out September 6 of 2024 and now according to them, they said that there’s also a one to two business day processing that they have to do which they do not stay on their website website and then once that is done, they’ll ship their product to you, which then would be 3 to 5 business days..
So apparently, according to my purchase made on September 5 didn’t actually finish processing until September 8 which is when the basketball was sent out Today is September 12 and according to the shipping information I’m not going to receive my basketball that I ordered on September 5 until sometime around September 15 to September 17

I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty sure that sounds like false advertising since they did not stay anything about it. One to two day payment processing. They also have no information or updates about where the product is when it will be delivered so it’s all reliant upon the Chinese shipping website and the USPS of America. According to the US of America have yet to receive the product which I ordered, But according to bright the order is already transit to be delivered to me.
