We had a bad experience selling our house just before Christmas using Britton’s for conveyancing. They were incompetent throughout the whole process , apart from Stacey who was very good when our solicitor was on holiday.
Avoid!

We're having to pay council tax for a tenanted annex we were not informed existed. We appointed another solicitor who reviewed the conveyancing revealing we'd a case for appointing a Barrister as it was gross negligence.

Not eligible for this 1 star as well, No capable lawyers or solicitors they got in office, mishandled and even blamed myself for their own professional lacking. Fees received but without any clear note what it will cover else over initial calls making big claims, later stepped back and asking more money to go forward. Not recommended to anyone with ANY legal issues.

Ulfat cares only about the money. She lost my case and didn’t refund me
