Unprofessional staff of bsnl fiber of Nadiad Gujarat staff name Harshad.
Not supportive. Not serious in service. No courtesy to call back.no response on time. Till I connected with fiber service, I m not happy at all
I don't recommend anyone.

Never seen so rude staff, doesn’t know how to speak to customers,the bsnl service centre in kormangala 4th block,the fat guy was really rude to us in the office

Worst network I have seen . It always disappoint me and my family. They have worst services and they never receive a call and if they recieve they don't answer well. Guys My advice is that never buy BSNL network or wifi.

BSNL is one of the wrost company I have ever seen well the services of BSNL is very bad if you think to take BSNL then think 100 times calling experience 0 Internet surfing or downloading 0 network connectivity totally 0

Useless sim had a good hope on bsnl but nowadays it's getting worse👎 doesn't provide network where there is a high range of network... My dad lost many of his works due to the late calls and fake unreachable reasons it's not a good sim now I have ported to jio if you keep getting worse then your company won't survive!

Worst sim ever, Call connectivity is not good and Signal strength is very low and when comes to internet connectivity it is disbursing 2g

Prepaid mobile data 0 never works embarrassing even to pay via scanner it’s never works

It is the best sim card in India my data was not working from many days but when I contact them they solve my problem in just 24 hours

Very bad service.. Yesterday i received a call from bsnl 0481 2578999 regarding the continuation of their service .Very rude behavior.. He shouted at me. I not give a single star.. Very very rude behaviour...

Never go with BSNL especially Bangalore HAL. They are terrible. No commitment, dedication. Better opt for Airtel, Jio or ACT. One of the worst managed company. No doubt the company is going down the frain

The internet speed is atleast a decade old. They have no tower in most areas and even if the tower is present the speed is shit.
Don't take it if you want internet speed even for normal browsing without any high load.

Absolutely zero response for complaints registered with them... phone calls go unanswered..
Best if they shut down and not waste tax payers money and the exorbitant bills one has to pay every month

Upsolutely no data speed, it is waste of money. I got trapped in the bsnl pricing advertising! I would not recommend bsnl to anyone.

Two months ago I shifted from railtel to BSNL. My experience with bsnl connection is horrendous. Low speed, repeatedly internet connection severs and simply to say, for people who need continuous net connectivity a big & sure NO to bsnl!

One of the worst company, internet never work jio or Airtel but don't go with bsnl 3rd class company 3rd class network

Third class network. Bloody connection. No net in 95% places. No call quality. Disconnects frequently. Such a cheat rate govt connection.third rate.
