My bugaboo butterfly has had two issues however the service has always been great on replacing the items that have needed. The service from Ledina especially has been exceptional. I am so so so pleased with the kindness I have received and the help in order to ensure I have a working pram.

I bought a Butterfly 2 pram and it wasn’t suitable for our needs (the capsule was impossible to get on and off the pram with the adaptors). I sent it back through their 60 day return promise and it’s now been over three weeks and they haven’t even acknowledged the return let alone processed the refund. I have called customer service twice only to be told “sorry but there’s nothing I can do” and “I’ve message the warehouse and they haven’t responded to my messages”. This is appalling customer service and makes a total mockery of the returns policy if our returns will take months to be processed. I’m waiting on an $800 refund and can’t buy another travel pram until this return is confirmed. Absolutely terrible customer service.

The bugaboo butterfly 2 is light comfortable and very usable. Wheels are nice to the push and is quite stable despite its narrow width

TERRIBLE QUALITY AND SERVICE. Spent a fortune on my bugaboo dragonfly, keeps breaking and slipping out of position making it dangerous and unsafe to use. Reached out to them and they want me to send it back, though i only own one EXPENSIVE buggy. The quality is extremely poor aswell as there customer service. What a shame....

Bugaboo Fox 5 pram
I bought the Fox 5 for our first child based on many positive reviews from the online world and some of our friends. Desipe being more expensive, we wanted to have something solid.
We like the pram, however, we keep having issues and had to make a claim already 4 times, 10 months into ownership of the pram.
For such a thing, that your life depends on on daily basis, this is a great pain.
Add terrible customer experience from the local retailer and the positives from the general usage are soon almost overweighted by the negatives.
Dont know what happened, if its just a bad luck, but besides the basinet, all parts on the pram had to be replaced.
The wheels start squeaking after any rain (we dont live by sea) and have to be cleaned and greased up, the handle gets stuck quite often. And now, the plastic rivet at the botom floor just gave up - which leads us to claim no. 5.
Disappointed.
EDIT:
The retailer said that the issue with the rivet cannot be put down as a claim - we must have damaged it ourselves. Without any inspection, based on a single picture. However - as a gesture of good will, they immediatelly added, they will replace the part for free.
I guess I should be happy, but the truth is - I think they are only leveraging the desperate position of us parents without a pram and fear that if we would go down with this as a regular claim, we would be granted by the law to ask for our money back completely, as there is already multiple claims per a single product.
Thus they are refusing the claim, but doing a "favor", which is not legally binding in any way for them.
I am 98% sure we did not cause the issue, but I need to be using the pram as soon as possible, so I accepted this resolution.
But I feel bitter rather than happy.
Trust is broken - cannot recommend to purchase the pram to anyone at the moment.

My parcel is held up with DPD for some reason which I appreciate isn’t Bugaboo’s fault but I am trying to get a replacement sent out and they are telling me to just order another one whilst the one lost with DPD makes its way back to them. Why should I fork out for another order without receiving a refund yet (through no fault of my own may I add)?!

I have been very impressed by the top notch customer service from Ledina the Service Coordinator EMEA/UK. She was incredibly helpful and fast to resolve a recent issue with my Bugaboo Butterfly via warranty. I would highly recommend both the brand for a lovely user friendly buggy, but mostly for the fantastic customer service experience.

I bought the bugaboo dragonfly and it’s completely useless. The front wheels jam if you even go over a leaf so you have to carry a stick and stop every 2 minutes to unclog them. It’s a TERRIBLE product. This is a common issue there are loads of reviews saying the same. Their website is useless and just says the issue has been fixed and the wheels improved - how? - I haven’t been sent any replacement wheels. I’m about to buy a replacement pram having spent over £1000 on this one it’s an absolute outrage.

I had an issue with my bugaboo fox 5 just after using it for less than 2 months, and the customer service didnt hesitate, and sent me a replacement stroller. (New). Although the comunication took a while, everything went smoothly. Good customer service!

For a stroller we bought this summer I purchased an accessory for my wife for Xmas. Their mobile site made me buy 2 items instead of 1. When I saw the order confirmation email I immediately sent a message to notify of the mistake.
Since then I keep emailing to every email address I have form them, but get no replies. It's also not clear if they ever shipped the package. And on their carrier's tracking page there is no update.
For a brand like Bugaboo that charges premium, I would have expected premium service. Major disappointment!
