Appalling after care service and procedures.
1/ Reclining seat broke in 7 months. They sent a replacement seat after a week (asked for images/videos etc and various email exchanges) confirming it would solve my issue. Due to work related schedules + 2 little kids, I wasn’t able to do the change until today and after an hour of a frustrating process and hurting myself fingers/breaking my nails to take the fabric off, I realised what they sent me is NOT even compatible. What a terrible customer experience. I now either have to put the previous broken one on going through the same frustrating experience or stay without a buggy for god knows how long stuck at home!
2/Front wheel broke in month 9. They sent replacement part after a week long process again (videos/email exchange with etc.) we were stuck at home mostly without a buggy..
I will never buy or recommend Bugaboo to anyone. I had yoyo with my firstborn and it lasted 3+ years without giving any problems.. I bought this only because it has taller back support but no thanks - it was a big mistake!

Very easy to order and very fast shipping. It’s a shame the super bundle doesn’t come with a rain cover as standard. Makes no sense to me. Anyway, thankfully it’s in stock otherwise trips
out with my newborn in winter would be a no-no. Please consider adding this to the bundle.

I have placed an order for a stroller bundle clearly marking the correct address, but DHL track and trace link showed a different one which does not even exist and then delivery failed. It has been several days that i am in contact with customer service including firstly blaming me that the mistake is on my end and no action has been made by them yet.
UPDATE: we managed to find the stroller and Bugaboo provided us with a compensation gift. Bugaboo, please make sure to mention the correct address to DHL in the future.

My stroller was damaged while flying. Understandably, Bugaboo does not cover such damages. However, they were so kind to create a damage letter for me, which I can send to the airline I traveled with for reimbursement.
They had a very fast response time and got that letter perfect.
Special shoutout to Silvia, Ledina and Verónica who were a pleasure to deal with!!

We bought a Bugaboo Fox 5 for our first born and have been super happy with the pram.
I have been really impressed with Bugaboo customer service. We have had a couple of minor parts break (no impact on the use or safety) on our Bugaboo Fox 5 and after contacting Bugaboo they were swift in both their response support with processing our replacement parts, all covered by the warranty.
After emailing customer service, one of their staff got back to me the next day and began the process of my replacement part.
They asked for a couple of ‚evidence’ photos and purchase details, but again swiftly responded to my email and were personal and friendly.

I reached out to the customer service as I was looking for a missing part for my pushchair. Even though the recommended replacement item didn’t work for my pram in particular, the customer service & product team went above and beyond to find a solution. Couldn’t have had a better experience to be honest.

Had a horrendous experience with Bugaboo service. Our dragonfly stroller got stuck and wouldn't fold 10 hours before scheduled air travel. Called service, was instructed to send an email with a video of the problem and one of the experts would reply within 24 hours. No attempt was made to help us. It has been 2 weeks, and we are still waiting for a reply. I keep getting emails instructing me how to fold the stroller. Nobody even bother to look the video I was instructed to email to them.
Bugaboo replied to this review, and now I am even angrier. This is their reply which proves that not only they didn’t bother to look at the video I sent them of the problem, but they didnt even read this review carefully. This is what they said:
“To assist effectively, we rely on complete and accurate information, including the stroller model, serial number and a clear description of the issue. We ask that you reply directly to our service team with this information so we can provide a tailored solution for you.”
Now it has been 3 weeks since we needed their urgent support. We had to buy a brand new stroller.
Another update: I just got a response from Bugaboo (after I updated my review as above) with the actual instructions on how to address the problem! So they did get the video they asked me for 3 weeks ago! Why didn’t I get these instructions then, when I needed them in an emergency and before I had to buy another stroller so I could take it on my flight? This is not the “service” I was expecting when I paid $2000 for their stroller!

My cup holder broke after 2 days and was obviously not robust enough for a baby stroller - Production quality is is pretty poor for the price.

Very pleasant and easy company to deal with. I know Bugaboo products may be more expensive than the competition, but your not only paying for the product, your paying for the customer service.
If your unfortunate enough to have an issue with a product, where other companies have you jumping through all these hoops and doing the hokie pokie. Bugaboo will get back to you in a timely manner and get the issue sorted as quickly as possible.

As always bugaboo never fail to deliver high quality items on time. Actually had an issue with my deliver being accidentally delivered to the wrong address and within a couple of hours, the driver had returned with my buggy! Fantastic customer service

Very helpful customer service contact via email. Had a few queries as I am reusing a cameleon plus 3 and unsure what up to date products are compatible before purchasing so was delighted with the service . Will definitely be buying more from the site .

I have had Bugaboo prams / strollers for 9 years. My latest was a Bugaboo Butterfly which is by far the best lightweight compact stroller. We love the smoothness of the push/ fold/ walking along rough terrain. It is incomparable to other buggies of its kind.
When it was 2 years old, it suffered a broken part to the handle, the problem was reported to the shop & then to Bugaboo. The problem was sorted within 2 weeks. I just honestly love this brand. I would highly recommend this to everyone
