I find whoever I speak to with a query very helpful, if they say they will let me know when an tem is in stock they do that. I am always kept informed about what is happening and when I can expect my delivery. My latest item arrived promptly and well packaged. A great company to deal with.

my "go to" place when looking for my card making equipment due to broad variety and stock. also, issues with brexit and implementing IOSS is huge plus point. sales and offers coud occur more often...
