This Greyhound bus was appalling! Bus was late, smelly and dirty, and NOT a luxury overnight bus, as stated by the company! To no fault of Busbud. Their booking system works very well, but they should at least investigate the bus companies they work with.

Seats were comfortable the bus wasn't full so I had the seat next to me which was so nice. Bus left and arrived on time. Overall happy with my trip. Only thing is the price is high for a long bus ride when flying is faster and cheaper

Online booking and e-tickets are smooth and easy! I especially liked the reminder notice when I did not complete a booking with all my choices to date, saved and ready to confirm or cancel! I was frustrated as I wanted to book a different departure point to my point of arrival. I had to use online chat assistance. I feel this should not be necessary.
