Whether it was busbud themselves or the staff team of the company my trip was delegated to, God only knows, but someone failed to put my name into the bus drivers manifest. This was only realised when the bus failed to arrive at the arranged location for an airport transfer, 40 minutes later I’d finally managed to convince the staff team this had occurred, who did then reroute a bus to collect me. Costing all other passengers including myself significant time and causing numerous people to arrive dangerously late for their airport transfer.
Phone staff never gave clear answers and tried to reassure me they would call me back with answers during the 40minute delay. Hotel staff claimed to me this was a regular occurrence for other customers using this company (it wasn’t one they recommended but I am cheap).
Wouldn’t recommend even for the savings.
