Absolute nightmare. Back and forwards with dozens of emails. They want you to leap through hoops and do star jumps. Customer service hang up on you because they re angry with sales. Have nt got anywhere. What a disorganised outfit.

Should be Called EE Middle men for drivers.
Steven Patel is under the impression that only drivers can have EE mobile phones. Seems EE are the only contracts they offer. If you do not have a driving license then its best not to waste your time.

Bad company. A fair few months ago now I rang this company to start a new contract ! Unfortunately the pandemic hit me and I was unable to pay !! Well let me tell you this company have not been understanding setting solisiters on me despite the amount of times I've rang to explain I'm on universal credits ! They didn't explain that infarct it's a loan you take out on the phone £1200 for a I phone 12 mini ! There is a Barr now on the phone but this came from EE the network provider who apparently according to business mobile don't own the phone . Anyway going in circles here there taking £900 from my mother age(77) who in her fear of not wanting debt collector s here has agreed to pay !! THIS company is a joke be aware before signing up life changes daily but this company just don't care!!

I never signed up to receive texts advertising BM Ltd.
But they do: weekly. There is an opt-out link: I fill it in. Does it work? Not a chance. I am about to report BM to the ICO. I'd love them to call me so I can explain, in glorious technicolour what I think of them. I have emailed them saying the same... They can remove me that way.

Ricky Broomfield is professional, his PR and work ethics and customer services are commendable.
He sold phone system and sets to us few years ago and we have just renewed our contract for 2nd time.

I have contacted with the company by the online team, booking a call and giving a call in recent days to discuss the deals for our company. It's already 4 days, nobody contacts with me. I think this is not a reliable company, so we need to pay more attention even the deals on their website looks attractive.

I have been most impressed with the excellent and dependable service always available from Shelley Iqbal since joining EE over 10-years'ago. Nothing has been too much trouble especially as we are having great problems with our broadband which
crashes all the time. It has been a pleasure to deal with her as she is competent and always manages to solve any problems.
