Business mobiles are great. They have a great choice of phones, great choice of data packages and bundles.
Finally Steve Singh is a real asset to the company - he listens to your needs and does not push you into what you do not need. He really is good.

The service took for ever to be done however, Moses was very professional and very helpful and always kept me updated.

Steve was extremely helpful in the process of setting up the handover from our previous business mobile provider, and we were able to switch with no major issues. He also spent lots of time talking us through different contract options, and answered all of our questions patiently. Kevin was also really quick to respond to all of our issues and queries, and follow up and check in with updates. Steve and Kevin both liaise on our behalf, which takes a lot of the hassle out of our hands. Overall we are happy with our new contract and the service we've received so far.

I was out of contract with my current provider could not get the upgrade I wanted without paying significantly more than my previous monthly bill.

I was emailed by BusinessMobiles.com and spoke to their sales consultant Ricky Broomfield. Ricky was polite professional and provided me with a new EE 5g contract on a 5g Samsung Note 10 which included a hefty 60Gb of data plus the usual unlimited calls and texts for £20/month, which was less than what I paid previously per month.

Okay, so I hear you say… this is a good deal, however not so earth shatteringly good it would merit five-stars, (no offence Ricky, you was great).

Very true, EXCEPT the reason I am compelled to give a full five stars to BusinessMobiles.com was Ricky provided me with an additional 5g sim, again 60Gb data, unlimited calls and texts still within the £20/month price.

I slipped that additional sim into a mobile wifi dongle and am able to run several devices in Manchester city centre, where any resident or SME will attest to the fact that ADSL broadband is generally terrible.

This has also provided me with efficiencies and made a real difference to my business profit margins, in a pandemic… THIS is the reason for the five stars, so thanks Ricky (and BusinessMobiles.com), for a job well done.

Rishi Patel my account manager is a super star as he has exceeded all expectations. Ordered the phone with the previous business manager who had totally missed up the order which made me give a previous review.

Great customer service highly recommend you use them

A very sound and comprehensive service provided by Business Mobiles. The account was managed by Johnny who was professional and succinct. He delivered an outstanding package overall.
A very happy outcome and we would recommended Business Mobiles.

Last year we moved all our mobile contracts from EE to Business Mobiles (approx 20). At the time I had doubts whether this was wise - I was concerned there might be a risk losing a direct connection to the phone provider.
Karla Voce of Business Mobiles told me to trust her and I did. Best decision I made all year. I am now paying less and the level of service is absolutely 5 star. No more hunting on line for information, no more hanging on the phone for an operator. I now get any query sorted by one quick call and then the follow up to check is first rate.
To any of you in a similar position, take my advice and make the jump.

Excellent service and on time performance by Jay, although pre-order times have been demanding...

Jay Lahli has been incredibly patient, informative and pro-active in meeting our needs. He has not been pushy in any way and this is apparent as it’s taken us 2 years to get round to upgrading/renewing our contract! This is purely due to our other commitments and not because we were in any way dissatisfied with Jay’s service. In fact, it is Jay’s great ability to build a rapport with us since we have been clients for nearly 4 yrs and the competitive packages business mobiles are able to offer, that ensure our ongoing business is secured. Jay deserves a medal for his patience and exceptional customer service.

I've been dealing with Business Mobiles, specifically Nelesh Kavia, for about ten years. In that time, they must have arranged several hundred connections and plenty of kit. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and I've never been sold anything that I didn't need. In fact, they have often suggested less expensive alternatives for better value in the longer term. Mr Kavia has been incredible throughout, even taking calls whilst on holiday abroad. Great company, very easy to do business with!

Having worked with Business Mobiles for a number of years now, I can confidently recommend they are the best. Rishi has been practically travelling (with our needs) with us during all times to support and suggest. He has never made me hesitate to contact him for anything. Great service.
