From the moment we walked into Buy a Bike we were greeted by friendly and very knowledgeable staff who couldn’t do enough to help.
Having been taken round all the bikes that suited our needs and listening to the expertise of the staff in the shop, we decided on two great bikes for my boys.
I couldn’t rate Buy a Bike highly enough, absolutely top top class service and a great experience all round.

Excellent experience. Ordered my new road bike and received it the following week. Order process was straightforward and the communication about my delivery was excellent and bike arrived on the day stated. Couldn't fault Buy a bike and would definitely recommend them to others. Got me the bike I wanted that I was struggling to get anywhere else and at a great price too.
Friendly, helpful and didn't rush you.
Some places can be a bit pushy with their sales approach, but not these guys.
Had a slight niggle with the new bike, my fault, but they got it sorted for me with little fuss. So yeah highly recommend Buy A Bike

Special shout-out to Mike who spent a good deal of his time listening carefully to what it is my wife was looking for and guiding her towards an excellent shortlist - and again today when we dropped in to pick up the new rides.
If anyone reading this is looking to get started with cycling (or back in to cycling), know that there’s zero pressure-selling going on and none of that odd air of elitism that can sometimes surface in bike shops.
Just a great range of bikes supported by a genuine group of knowledgeable and enthusiastic folk.
