Product Mis-represented and impossible to speak with support
I have been waiting since January 3rd to hear back from the support team regarding an issue I have and have yet to hear back despite multiple emails sent to them. I have attempted to call but get a message saying their customer support phones are unavailable.
I have since filed a BBB complaint as I was reaching out about blatant product mis-representation and false advertising. While I have used their products a lot in the past, and have used them for a lot of clients, I question what my future with sonnet will be at this point
Tried to speak with Joaquin in sales to get more info about the product misrepresentation and for info about who to contact as my emails weren’t being responded to and he essentially told me to f myself before hanging up on me after lying about their product. I called back to ask for his manager but he refuses to now answer the phone.
