We ordered polo shirts and hoodies for our business with an embroidered logo, customer service and the quality was brilliant! The pricing could not be beaten anywhere else, we will definitely be purchasing again.

I had been let down by another company and needed 30 tee-shirts for a charity event. BuyTshirtsOnline dealt with my request efficiently and quickly. The process of ordering, uploading media etc. was really straightforward. Really happy.

I don't normally write reviews but I thought i'd make an exception for BuyTShirtsOnline as they have been absolutely brilliant.

Whenever we had a question, they were quick to answer. If we needed any details, they provided them straight away. They were fantastic and friendly throughout.

The quality of the finished garments is also brilliant. Still can't believe how good they are considering how quickly they arrived.

This company keeps its promises, impressed by the quality of its clothing and so reasonably priced... they also create no fuss about the delivery, its rapid and straightforward, very reliable and the site is easy to surf on and without ads to upset.

Absolutely awful for embroidery! Originally they sent over a swatch which looked great but when the finished product arrived every single one had issues which they said were “completely fine and within our own tolerance levels”. My logo has a tiger that’s cross eyed! I can’t sell my product and even though 25% of the items arrived they self admittedly said were faulty, they’ve refused to correct or refund me for my full order - only that 25%. Instead the manager called me up to Argue with me (yes I got angry and swore once) as he would not accept that I was unhappy with the items that arrived. 30 years of experience in embroidery yet mine have arrived with a tiger that’s cross eyed, stitching where there shouldn’t be stitching, colours in the wrong place and and a manager who’s unable to listen to a customers concerns.
Honestly I’m so disappointed. We’ve just started our company up and I wish they just told us they couldn’t do a complicated logo instead of attempting it, messing up the job and now refusing to fix it or refund us.
Wouldn’t ever recommend, there’s much better out there and much cheaper I just wish I found the other companies before using this one.
Also their “tolerance level” is based on a person’s opinion.
Quality control? Where? Lol doesn’t exist so forget it if you ever have an issue with them - you’ll be wasting money.

He was extremely rude and angry and would not listen at all. Again your tolerance is based on opinion and how anyone can ever say a cross eyed tiger meets your expectations means you have very little care for your customers. You did it wrong and refused to fix the issues. On the website it didn’t say the cap was green underside but I could live with that but not the wide range of errors that your caps came with. I genuinely can’t understand how you can call it acceptable to deliver something that poor to your customers. You should be ashamed of your workmanship because it’s non existent.
Another update:

You did not deal with the matter whatsoever instead you sent the caps back when there is nothing i am able do with them. For 30 years of experience you should be ashamed to produce products of such poor quality. How are you able to say that the design was fine with all the issues I raised? How can you say that pupils which should be central and arrived looking different ways and had different sized stitching are acceptable? The different coloured thread that shouldn’t be there? The threads crossing over at places where it shouldn’t? Again this is just highlighting how bad of a job that was done and the lack of care you have for potential customers.
You delivered a product completely different to the swatch and In such bad quality - your “quality control” really needs to change as such large room for errors cannot be accepted.

Cheapest place I have found to do the embroidery service. Good quality and good custom services. Takes about 3 weeks to receive the items once you have purchased.

Bought several t-shirts and hoodies to print on. One of the shirts had holes in and another had a couple of grease spots. I didn't bother returning them as I'd bought them a month or so prior (I hadn't checked them on arrival) and return postage would have cost more than the shirts.

I have used Buy T Shirts Online many time always rapid turnaround great price & choice of materials from cheap as chips to premium heavy. They always reply to emails straight away with helpful advice, and costs. Including print, screen & delivery was same price as my other suppliers. Fab again Thanks.
