I've used Buytshirtsonline now for both plain garments and custom screen printed t-shirts. Their prices are always fair, quick turn around and the quality of the prints I've received have been perfect. I'll now be using them as my go-to supplier. I find myself often waiting for some items to restock but I guess that just speaks for their popularity. Looking forward to working with them again soon.

My first initial opinion of this company was great I was impressed buy the products they sold and the delivery was reasonably priced and came within the specified delivery time. It was once I opened the parcel that the problems started, I had purchased baby bodysuits from them assuming I was purchasing a 5pack due to the information they have listed on there site stating that these baby grows come in packs of 5. An honest and genuine mistake on my behalf but I believe that this wouldn't of happened if the information on there site was more clear or featured a disclaimer (*This price is for 1 baby bodysuit only*). So my partner first contacted the company to see how there returns work and to explain our situation, she was immediately made to feel stupid and was met with sharp responses from the male she spoke to on the phone. So the second time she contacted them after speaking to me I made sure to check the site to see if the information on there site could be misunderstood leading to a purchase and I would personally believe it could happen and has happened, but for the second time she spoke to this person she was again met with sharp responses with a extremely defensive attitude so this time I asked to speak to him myself in an attempt to explain our situation better but I myself was met with this same attitude and didnt attempt to understand my situation. The main reason I am unhappy is I am now having to pay the delivery myself to return this item and was told its "in our terms and conditions, if your not happy with it then you can pay for it" when in actual fact the terms and conditions state "if you have received the wrong or faulty items we will arrange a collection and send you the correct items. Now obviously if they are not a 5 pack I'm not expecting them to send me the 5 pack for the price I paid but I would of liked to of at least been compensated for the delivery we will have to pay to send them back or at the very least been spoken to with some common decency and respect...

Not once had a problem or delay, many time reoccurring customer! Ordered yesterday at 14:40 and it came tday. Absolutely amazed and still very happy to be using them.

Just after Christmas I set up my own printing company, trying to find a decent company to put my trust in was going to be hard, so with a bit of google searching I tried BTO, I put my first order in which stated 3-5 days well 2 days later and with a tracking number from DPD my parcel came, very quick reliable service and a huge range of clothing for all your needs from work wear to sports wear to hospitality wear. Highly recommend

Absolutely incredible!! Was so skeptical because of how cheap the prices were. But I got 10 jumpers for only £65. Was also a bit worried that the delivery was going to take a while especially because of Covid. But it came the next day!! 1000% recommend i am so pleased.

I've now made two orders. I'm so pleased with the speed and efficiency of Buy Tshirts online. My first order was made 4.40 on a Friday and arrived by 10am on Saturday morning. My second was made on Sunday and arrived first thing on a Tuesday. Brilliant. They are really great. Have a fantastic selection of products and I used the online chat to ask about colouring of t-shirts had a very helpful chap help me out. Brilliant. 5* service.

I got a few jumpers embroidered and they came out amazing!! Exactly how I wanted them to look. And the customer service was great, Sally was really quick to answer any queries I had and ensured I got the finished product that I wanted. She was extremely helpful and kind when I couldn’t work out what design to go with 😅

I highly recommend this company! I ordered some embroidered and printed T-shirts and was given great customer service along the whole way from organising a quote to final designs. I'm especially thankful to Chris for great advice and fast responses to my many questions! The T-shirts arrived quickly and were great quality. Overall, very happy and will be using them again for any future orders.

If i could give them zero stars i would. I placed a order on the 12th and was told delivery would be within 2-5 days. I gave them 10 days before contacting them as i know there are postal delays etc.

I emailed them and received a response telling me they haven’t even dispatched my order. I messaged again asking when my order will be dispatched and when I’m likely to receive to which I received the same email which now seems like a automated response.

Shocked at the disgusting customer service this company provides. I understand that delivery delays are inevitable however i should have been contacted and made aware of the situation so i could make other arrangements. Also, why are you ignoring my questions by replying to my messages with the same message.

I am now left without stock for my customers thanks to this unprofessional company.

I’ve been purchasing from buytshirtsonline for 2 years now and I must admit their customer service is second to none. Sometimes white garments have arrived dirty or with marks, and they have sent replacements straight away. The reason I am writing this review though is because I literally put a last minute order in yesterday, and needed it to arrive before Christmas, but it said it was expected to arrive in January so I was a little deflated, I did not raise this issue with anyone and it wasn’t the end of the world. But less than 24hours after ordering, my garments arrived. Wonderful service and I couldn’t be more thankful. Thanks
