Very empathetic people

This company has been trying to contact me on my mobile number for over a year now, obviously having mistaken me for someone else as they have used a woman's name when leaving a recorded message.

I have contacted them with messages and tried to call the number that they have left in their voicemails, which is completely useless since one needs a Cabot account code to proceed past the automated greeting.

They have persistently ignored my messages, seeming to assume I am lying to them and that I really am the person they are looking for.

I have also reported every call as spam, and still they keep coming.

My experience is that this company cannot be trusted to perform simple checks, even when challenged. They are also responsible for harassing communications that become extremely infuriating and cause unnecessary stress.

Their practices should be called out and formally examined.

Still waiting for final letter saying I owe nothing

I got in debt, my fault, yes they hounded me a bit but I owed money and they wanted it. Fair enough. After going on a DMP they stopped with the hounding. I was lucky enough to be able to pay my debts off. They were helpful when I spoke to them but I do hope I never speak to them again!

They made my debt easy to clear and was helpful and understanding off my situation

Libby had great empathy to my situation, and was very experienced in trying to get my balance decreased, unfortunately my situation does not allow me to raise my monthly payments.

1st i aint no customer
2nd my finances have nothing to do with your company
3rd I paid it all off even though i never knew anything about it
4th you said you been looking for me for 15years wow a blind person could have found me
6th stop sending emails as im not a customer nor interested in your company

Best helpful advice and friendly people

The customer service assistant is very patient, helpful and calm. I'm having problems with my hearing & do not like phonecalls due to my hearing difficulties but she makes me important & very good in explaining everything I need to know about my queries.
