I placed an order on June 1st. No response to my email inquiry, either. And if you want a refund...their going to keep 20%! Be warned!

SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!! Please don't buy from this company! I lost over 200 dollars buying total rubbish from them. How can they do this to honest people trying to buy clothes online? I Pray that God deals with each and every one of them.

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY! What u see as advertised is nothing like what you get! It’s the worst on/line shopping experience and the worst material, cut, n sizes that don’t even come close to what they advertised! What u get is basically rough garbage material that looks n feels like cheap halloween shit! And basically cut like a big square of shit material that I wouldn’t b caught dead wearing! It took 2.5mths to get 4 of the kaftans and I am pissed that I googled the site to see if it was legit and saw a lot of good reviews, I firming believe that any good reviews that claim anything positive about the quality and make of items advertised, were made up by the company workers and any family or friends, or bots bc there is no way that anyone that ordered off this site actually received even close to the quality and depiction as advertised on this site!! I have been emailing them back and forth and they keep asking if I will take 10$, 20$, 35$, etc. and now bc I got PayPal involved they’re last offer for a refund was $75 when I paid $158.00US for 4 pieces of hideously made cheap shit material and cut and sized outrageously large, and basically cut 2 large square pieces of shit material and sewed them together and although the basic colours were somewhat of the items I ordered, they are such a horrible joke of a half ass attempt at making even close to what they advertise on their site!!! Buyers not only BEWARE, don’t even consider bc I am telling you, and I never post reviews and I order regularly on-line as I have a mean shopping addiction but also just opened my own clothing shop, and wanted to purchase these with the intent to poss sell the ones I didn’t love or did and would have ordered so many more pieces if this wasn’t a scam site, and extreme false advertising!!! After 24 emails back and forth with them to get my money back, bc I have never been more deceived in my life! They also warn you that if you want a full refund that the cost to return them would be the same cost as I paid for them in the 1st place,and they also say that there is a huge chance that customs will lose them at the cost of the buyer and that they won’t get them if I do pay to return them in order to get my full refund, so they advise that I just keep them(to throw in the garbage, no joke as they are that hideous!) and accept the 75$(they started at 5$ for the refund, and at 75$ now after 24 emails and opening a customer dispute on PayPal!!!) I am going to next contact my credit card company at this point and I am also going to report them to the proper on-line authority's of fraudulent activities of bribery, and claims of corruption in the returning and refund issues I am dealing with, as well as they’re refusal to refund me in full which is every customers option should they receive items that don’t come close to what is being depicted and advertised online! I know and agree and would love to find the actual real site that actually sells the items that are soo beautifully advertised!!! If anyone does know or finds the legit company that sells what is actually advertised can you please send me sets please!

Scam!

Ordered four dresses for 200$ four weeks ago which they still haven’t sent. Contacted them yesterday for a full refund as per their own shipping policy. Now, they’re trying to tell me that there will be a 20% processing fee for labor costs …
How can there be labor costs when they haven’t even sent the package?

Take forever to come, not the product I ordre, it was stiff and not at all look as in the Wep site, try to get a return label and the only said that , if I didn’t return it they would pay me 6 dollars in return , do not order here, it is not what you see

Looks cheap, poorly constructed . Seams are crooked .

I received my items, which were ok in quality. The problem is the items did not fit. I contacted the company and first they wanted me to take a bunch of pictures showing them the problems, then they offered me $25.00 to keep the items. I spent around $220.00! it is ridiculous. I never would have bought anything from them! I am still going back and forth trying to just return the items. They said I have to pay for shipping and any customs fees, yet still haven't offered me an address to return my items to or a cost.

1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience

I strongly advise against ordering from this seller. I received the wrong size kaftan (ordered a Medium, received a Small), and the item arrived without any tags or material labels, which is a clear violation of EU consumer laws.

When I contacted the seller, they refused to offer a proper refund and instead offered me just $8 if I returned the item at my own expense, including paying for shipping, customs, and other fees—despite the error being entirely theirs.

To make matters worse, two items from my order still haven't been shipped, and the seller is refusing to cancel or refund them, even though they remain undelivered.

Terrible customer service, no accountability, and very poor business practices. I’ve had to escalate the issue through PayPal Buyer Protection just to get fair treatment. Avoid this seller—not worth the risk or frustration.

Warning: Scam Website – Do Not Trust

This website is a complete scam. They don’t actually send anything — they just keep making false promises about shipping “soon” while blaming so-called production delays. It’s all lies. I’ve been waiting endlessly, and nothing ever arrives. On top of that, they have the nerve to keep sending me promotional emails. Absolutely outrageous.

Don’t fall for it — stay away.

At best, substandard. Colours ended up quire different than in the photos (clearly they are using filters)'and the quality of the fabric very poor. Still waiting for my third item after 45 days. At this point I'm likely to just dispute the charge with PayPal.

This place is a scam. Clothes are fakes, horrible quality and then try to charge you to cancel the rest of your order that still hasn’t shipped almost a month later. Save your money and do not buy from them. Still fighting for a full refund, because the two things I received are TRASH and the rest I guarantee I’ll never receive and I don’t want to!!

Awful awful!! First I waited almost 6 weeks to receive and then when I opened it I saw was nothing like the photos. Fabric is terrible and completely see through. It is shaped like a huge tablecloth with a hole for you head plus it is not even the same color. It shows a rusty red but is really fuchsia pink. I would not pay $5 for this and I paid $60 + with shipping. Beware of this company, they are a complete scam.

Horrible experience. Truly. First they don't ship order then refuse to sent a refund. Avoid at all cost. Not even one star.

If I could give it zero stars I would!!!! Absolutely nothing like the photo on the website……cheap rubbish. They promised a partial refund which has never materialised, despite numerous emails.

Bad customer service

I bought three items about a month ago. Two have arrived this week. One item is still processing.

Because delivery is taking so long I already contacted Caftanfun to cancel my order. But they couldn't, not without keeping money from me for the effort they already put into it even though the update clearly stated nothing was done yet. I disagreed with this method but there was no other option than to let them send the items, so I could return them.

Two items arrived and I reviewd them but they were not to my satisfaction. I want to return them. But now all of a sudden I have to send pictures of what is wrong. No, I don't. I have the right to return them and get a full refund.

While still waiting on the last piece, now they don't email me back anymore with the details how to return the items and get my money back.

At this point I feel like they betrayed me and stole money from me.

The package was delayed, but after the customer helped me communicate with the transporter, it arrived smoothly

I ordered a caftan and ended up with a poncho. It looked absolutely nothing like the photo. Definitely scammed. When I tried to return, they offered me $9.00 and that was only after four email exchanges, and they only ever respond once a day. It took forever and now I'm stuck with a tablecloth with a hole in it and out $60.

I bought a komono robe and was happy with it. I’d seen some reviews saying shipping took a while, but I guess I got lucky—mine shipped the next day and arrived in about a week.

The robe is nice, lightweight, and made of a breezy linen-type material. I really like it. Would probably order from them again.

It should receive no stars.This company 1st is out of China. Ot is nothing on website to tell you that.
It took 1 month to receive the item and it was trash. It is super thin and the color is not vibrsnt.

I requested to return and was offered $10 to keep then $15 and told no higher than $25 on a $60 caftan
Did not want item so told need yo ship yo China with a scare tactic of it not being received and I get no return after paying high cost.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

It wasn't threaded properly. They were everywhere outside of the garment. I was afraid if I pulled the threads out would unravel. Also I ordered black and white but it was beige and green. I sent customer service a picture of their product and they told me I manipulated the lighting and offered $5.

Good luck if you're not happy with trying to return the product and getting your money back. Also the sizing too big, keeps falling off the shoulder. I'm not happy at all
