Great website, OK prices. But! The dress sent was nowhere near the same as the advertised product. Completely different material, workmanship and pattern. Is this the exception or the rule for this company?

I have ordered five dresses. Not one looked like the ones I have ordered online and the size was not correct neither. It is just fake. Don´t waste money on it. The cheapest crap you can imagine and no possibility to send it back and to be reimbursed.

This colorful printed dress is gorgeous! The linen is amazing – very soft, breathable, and keeps me feeling fresh and comfortable.

Total scam. After waiting for 3 weeks without even any tracking information I asked for a refund and they said they were taking a 20% processing fee and I call b......t, seriously, the most they could have done was a few clicks on the computer. And they shouldn't charge at all until items ship. So, I figure the scam is getting the 20% charge and there's no product at all. Do not buy from this company.

Do not believe the photos. These people are running a scam. The photos show quality fabric and when my caftan came it was like plastic Barbie clothes. Do not buy from them. The picture show a place to tie at the waist, but the actual design is nothing like the photo. It is also short though the photo was full length. I will never purchase anything from them again. They should be sued for false advertisement.

Do not buy this product. The pictures show caftans with a beautiful shape and a light and airy fabric.

The reality is a heavy plastic fabric with no shape - it fits like a square with arm holes and a neck hole.

So comfortable, yet so chic. Already ordered my second!

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a brown linen dress with tassels, the one seen in all of the advertisements, and what I got was a plain brown box dress. Nothing like what I ordered. Contacted customer service and they required that I have a sku from the external packaging and an internal clear package for any resolution. The internal package did not have a sku and the external package was damaged from rain, so I sent photos, and their customer service said there was no way to validate it came from the site.. with their tags in it. Completely useless. Spent $100 and have a box dress to show for it. Do not buy from this site

Please do not waste money in placing an order with this unscrupulous company . You will be really disappointed. Their communication is very sketchy , they only replied once I escalated to a pay pal dispute and then tried to insist I close the dispute before they sent me the goods when I refused and said I wouldn’t close the dispute until I either received the goods or got a refund they said they would only refund 80% of the original item cost and completely ignored the delivery charge they had also taken from my card . When you click on the link sent in the order confirmation email it says the link is not valid ! What does this say about them clearly not an honest supplier.
I have now had to ask my credit card company to investigate to try and help me get my original payment back . Please be wary and do not waste your money and time with this company

Its impossible to return the items that are not the good sizes. And impossible to have a refund. They are clearly dishonest. Avoid them !

I placed an order april 4.th! Still waiting for my order. Costumer service not responding! Today May 11. I Got an E-mail about my order being shipped now! 6 weeks after I placed the order! I dont Think its coming - I have asked for a full refund, but they have not replied! Its a scam!

Been trying to return and receive a refund for items I purchased and they won't respond to emails.

I am getting so frustrated with this company. I was initially so excited to receive my items and spent hours browsing to find the perfect ones. I was informed days later that most of my order is out of stock. I REQUESTED TO CANCEL FOR A REFUND and they won’t!! They’re trying to keep 20% in order to cancel for “labor fees”. I placed a large order so this fee is over $30!
It feels like a scam honestly. Not a pleasant experience and I’m at a week now of trying to get them to answer questions. Customer service takes 1-2 days to respond.

UPDATE: Had to have PayPal to step in to help with refund. Did not get all my money refunded.

When I first opened the package I thought I had been scammed, wait until you try it on!!!! Absolutely gorgeous, so different and I love it. Have ordered 2 so far but will definitely be ordering more.

After waiting about 15 days for my order (I bought 3 caftans), I initially worried this might be a scam since shipping was delayed. Their customer service responded slowly but explained they're a new business still working out operations. They kindly offered discount coupons to make up for the delay, and because I truly loved the designs, I decided to wait patiently.

I’m so glad I did! The caftans arrived and completely won me over—the fabric appears to be linen (or a linen blend) and looks even better in person. The craftsmanship and vibrant colors are perfect for my upcoming travels. Though the experience had hiccups, the end result was absolutely worth it.
