We had a fantastic experience with this store. Charles did an excellent job helping us choose the right parasol. He took the time to show us all the available options, explain the differences, and answer all our questions.

The delivery service was equally impressive. Jason, who delivered our parasol, was professional, courteous, and very helpful. He carefully delivered everything to our garage and made sure the delivery was completed smoothly.

Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this store for both the quality of service in-store and the excellent delivery experience.

Nothing to complain about good service and delivery

From initial contact ( which was by phone: a rarity!) the experience of dealing with this company was fabulous! So helpful & professional , they gave me every confidence that I’d be happy with my order and I certainly was. So many regular updates on delivery kept me fully informed and on the day of delivery the guys were really accommodating and friendly. The parasol on wheels is great quality and I can’t wait til the sun comes back so we can use it. I searched for ages to find something stylish at a reasonable price and I can’t believe I found it but also from such a great company! I can’t recommend them more highly , look no further!

Delivery drivers Rob and Sergio very polite, friendly and delivered my order (which was very heavy) to the place in my garden where it will be used. Rob very good advising me which part to assemble first when doing it yourself, however Rob offers a build service (at a very reasonable fee) if you ever need assembly, and takes the packaging away. Very handy to know

Our delivery men Rob and Laurence were very cheerful. They carried our seat to the place it was going to be used, unwrapped it and took the wrapping with them. The cats got some treats...... they were really happy! Thank you

We had delivery of a New Parasol on Tuesday 2nd June 2026 from Cambridge Home and Garden. The whole experience from buying the product to delivery was exceptional. Special call out for Rob and Lawrence. We were on hols. They were so professional in helping our family to ensure it was safely and securely delivered. Even managed to make friends with our dogs. Well done.

Great price & quality furniture. Rob & Lawrence who made the driveway, such nice chaps. Very accommodating and we’re happy to carry round the side of the house.
